Incredible acting, I binged watched it all in 24 hours. Cried lots, especially at the end. I was only aware of the spin that Jean Charles jumped the barrier and was acting suspiciously, don't recall hearing that it was untrue until watching the show. There is so much injustice around the whole situation, the fact they could even suggest for a second that the men looked alike was astounding. Would encourage everyone to watch this, if only to educate on the ineptitude of the police and how their main aim to protect and serve the 1%, not the rest of the country. Like a few reviewers on here I was put off by the name, it showed up in my 'recommended' list on Amazon with a load of actual dieting shows. This, this is something else. Devastated that there is only one series, so much potential in the storyline, I want to know what happens next! It's like nothing I've seen before, & it is so relevant to today's society & the problems that women face. Plum is an absolute badass & I love the journey she goes on throughout the show. It is wild & ridiculous at times, but handles delicate triggering subjects with the right amount of sensitivity. Wish everyone would watch this & adore it as much as I do! Hope it gets commissioned for another series at some point in the future. I set up an IMDB profile just to write a review of this!
