The "five-star"judges are so very conceited and rude. I couldn't even finish the first episode. Who would even want to work for them? I don't care who wins, I don't care to ever dine at the restaurant anymore, and I don't care if it is successful. The shameful way they treat the contestants is so cringe-worthy - and that's on camera. I really wonder how they treat their "underlings" off camera. Remember, as they let us all know incessantly, it's all about money, and they have it. And they want more of it. It makes them so much better people than us boring, poor folk, - don't you know know who they are? Gross and out-of-touch!

The cake artists are very talented, and I did like watching them work. However, there needed to be more footage of them actually working. The over the top fakeness and loudness of the host is distracting. The obvious forcing of the other contestants to try and come up with questions for the bakers was cringey. I haven't seen any of the original episodes, so this is my first time experiencing the show, but I just finished the newest series of Great British Bake Off and thought I'd give this a try. Brash, loud, and not enough baking. I'll stick to the extremely popular GBBO, that is just as exciting without the fake, over-the-top, shenanigans! Haha.
