Enjoyed it thoroughly. I noticed the costume designer is the same from Matrix. The robot AMEE kicked it up a notch. Not too much of fictional mumbo jumbo or glorious screenplay, perhaps that is why people did not like it. Or some over dramatic glorious moment.
I saw enough drama and suspense in the movie but nothing gripping. Good science fiction.....all the efforts aside, I did notice the lack of interaction between actors, don't know why. Kilmer was goofy at times.
This movie should be more popular than it is. Good acting by Kilmer, especially at the last part where he becomes more humble and gives up his watch. His change in mindset throughout to see the real world is what makes this movie worth it.
The over use of rifles seemed a bit odd but nothing crazy.
Seems realistic and if someone was looking for something more dramatic and fictional then well, this ain't it.
Will Smith's one man show. But his emotions are very convincing as a response to the accurate description of a post apocalyptic world.
