THRILL to the bloodiest spectacle since the Texas Chainsaw Massacre!!
MORE Blood, Fire, Swords, Spit and Tears than you can shake a pointed stick at! Oh, the Humanity!!
MARVEL at the paper thin characterizations, heavy-handedness and gratuitous carnage!!
SEE the savior of the world paraded like a circus attraction to his eventual (and mercilessly lengthy) death!!
WITNESS a spectacle that will leave you empty inside and wondering why you wasted your time!!
TURN OFF your brains if you accidentally left them on - this is pure entertainment!!
WITH GRAVEDIGGER!!!!

Can't say it enough - by far one of the best of the genre I have played. The sequel (crimson butterfly) reminded me too much of a Resident Evil knockoff to hold my attention, but I plan on getting a copy of this earlier one to own.
Everything was done perfectly *except* the dubbing (hopefully game developers will follow the subtitling trend demanded by fans of anime, allowing both). Plenty of replay value w/ the special features.
The game is kind of hard to find b/c it's out of print presently and that's a damn shame - definitely as worthy of rerelease as, say, castlevania symphony of the night.
Also, I have to say that the avatar for the main character Miku
was one of the best I've played with - very lifelike, especially compared to other games in this genre.

...at least I do!
Granted, it's not "Citizen Kane". But I'd sit through this one over Citizen Kane any day (believe me on this one). You just have to be in the right mood, kind of a buck stupid, Saturday morning cartoon watching frame of mind.
Yes, the plot's repetitive. But hello, what episodic kids show isn't?
Yes, it's a bad movie. But if you can get enjoyment out of stuff like this, this is a gem.
Don't ask me why, but I enjoyed this one. I laughed, I cried. I love "Attack of the Supermonsters" for all its cheesy goodness. I mean, when the monsters die, they explode! How cool is that?
If you like campy sci-fi like Ed Wood or the early Godzilla flicks chances are you will like this one. Hard to find, though.
