I really love Kim Ji hoon (Flower Boy Next Door, Funny Lady) but he really had nothing to do in this.( a prop used for sex appeal) The main female lead had very little charisma - and sadly she was in the majority of the scenes. Some scenes the actors look like they couldn't believe they were doing such cringey story lines. The writers too must have felt embarrassed about such charmless characters that the story line was all over the place. It may have worked better with another actress, I ended up skipping over her because she was so unappealing. The 2nd FL was perhaps the best part of the show.

I noticed some of the high stars are by people who only had seen the first few episodes. It really takes a dive after that. I think if they had waited to review after watching this would absolutely not have a High rating.

It starts off beautifully but suddenly makes no sense once she finds out the truth. The character development is unconvincing and it just becomes random drivel. The romantic leads had no chemistry....their relationship was unwatchable after episode 12. It literally became the worst K drama i've ever seen. I would recommend enjoying the First few episodes and move on after that.

The dialogue in this creaker is ridiculous. I watched it because I love Robert Montgomery but even he is terrible in this. Norma is beyond the pale - her giggling is so irritating. But amazingly for once she isn't the worst thing in this movie - the parents were so wooden it was as though they were waiting for their lines to be prompted to them - maybe they just couldn't believe they had such trashy lines. I love the early talkies but this was a bridge too far.
