I really enjoyed this movie. I didn't know until after it was a TV show turned into a movie with chapters. It was dark and gritty and I enjoyed the ride.

The movie kept me interested and caring about the outcome of the characters. I would like to more about them or would have loved a sequel to dig deeper and see what happens next but I disagree with other reviews that said it had no back stories.

Given this was made as a tv show in 10 minute episodes, my guess is that a Season 2 was probably originally planned but didn't make it. Regardless I really enjoyed it as a movie.

The acting was great - raw and sometimes emotional. There was no grand sets and the school being a bit run down added to the feel of the movie. Definitely worth a watch.

I just discovered this gem of a movie as a recommendation on Netflix. I'm a huge fan of Nicole Kidman and Colin Firth so I was surprised that I hadn't seen it or even heard of it before.

It's a great thriller that has me hooked from the beginning and I honestly didn't see the twists and turns coming. I actually thought I knew where it was going but I was so wrong. It was not predictable at all and I was uncomfortable as some of the twists showed themselves.

I bet this was a great book so so I'm adding it to my reading list as well.

Really well done and a good escape for a lazy Saturday afternoon.

I was so excited to see Cameron Diaz back in action 😂 She's a fantastic actress with a great sense of comic timing and she didn't disappoint. Paired with Jamie Foxx as ex-spies this was a fun and entertaining movie.

There also is a great supporting cast and the movie is good for the whole family without being too cheesy. It's not necessarily new ground, but it is a tried and tested formula that gets the job done.

I'd love a sequel or more movies with Diaz and Foxx collaborating. It was an absolute riot with plenty of action for good measure.

I can definitely see this one being on my easy watching repeat playlist.
