We went to see this Friday night at Randolph showcase cinemas deluxe in Randolph massachusetts. Great flick for the entire family Great characters brought to life by an awesome cast, good direction and well written. I truly loved Imogene's performance and she is truly a star actress in the making. The only thing that almost made this a 4 star movie was there is no background on the Hardmen. I thought we would have learned their family history and get some more understanding of their situation. So go see it in the cinemas. I truly loved Imogene's performance and she is truly a star actress in the making.
I watched it last night at Randolph showcase cinemas deluxe. It was fun, good effects, Ford did an excellent job. I go to a movie to escape from this Crazy world for a few hours which this film did a tremendous job doing! So I recommend you go see it! And don't listen to movie critics judge for yourself. As for cookie cutter storylines, well the business has been running out of original story ideas for years. Just look at all the old television shows being rebooted. Old movies being remade. They will probably try to do a remade of Citizen Kane next! I remember hearing somewhere long ago a woman was being interviewed about the great depression of the 1930s, I remember the journalist asked her what help her and her friends get thru it. And her reply was I never missed a Clark Gable picture. Movies are truly a amazing and almost magical thing.
