I absolutely loved the series, it was interesting right from the beginning, I often lose interest by the second or third episode and this series had me binging the entire thing and in a single evening! Even though I had to get up early the next morning, I just couldn't stop watching it.

All the actors did a wonderful job, I found the flow of the timeline quite easy to follow, and it was very realistic, and it's the first time I see a show that shows all the different ways that the Jewish population was stopped from trying to escape. This was quite eye-opening. Wish they would make a follower with all of their lives after.

I just loved this show. I had watched the anime years ago and it was cute, funny and silly, but this version is beautiful, characters have more debt and it's more serious, . I absolutely love the cast, all these wonderful actors that I don't know. So glad they made a point of taking actors that weren't caucasian.

As with all movies in the fantasy field, the critics are so harsh. But as we can see from the general public, this is very well received.

I'm on the 5th episode and I'm really hoping it keeps going and they make a second season out of this show. Really enjoying it, binging it! Keep it going!!

I finished the first season and loved it!! Can't wait for season 2! I've heard they'll make 5 seasons!! So excited! Loved discovering the stranger and his relationship with Eli.

I'm not surprised by the avid Tolkien fans to criticize this series... if you read the description on wiki, it explains why it doesn't follow the books and personally I read those books 30 years ago, so I don't remember them.

I've missed Lord of the rings so much, this has brought me back into that world and I'll be waiting with bated breath for the next season. Television is so terrible these days with reality crap, predictable violence, boring dramas... bring me fantasy type of shows anytime, and this one is 10 for me. Game of thrones and Witcher are my other 2 faves.
