Hai everybody! I think this movie could have been a lot worse, considering all the troubles surrounding the movie. There's only one big mistake they made after the big change: they've reduced Dutch actor Antonie Kamerling his role as Lieutenant Kessel to less then 2 minutes. He originally had a much larger part. Thank God his part will be back in original state on the DVD, because he really deserves his big break! Furtermore, I would like to point out to you all that Harlin is a brilliant director! He had to put all the missing pieces back together again, and I can image that is not an easy thing to do. I like the smaller parts more then the bigger parts, simply because the act better in the smaller, supporting roles.

ALF currently reruns on our Dutch channel NET5, every weekday from 16:30 till 17:00 hours. It's not the first time it reruns of course, but they've just started, because they're broadcasting the first few episodes now. I must say, the funniest thing about the show is the interaction between ALF and Willie. The fact that ALF acts like the place is his, and not from the Tanners. I also like the Ochmoneks, and that they don't know anything about ALF's presence. All together it's just a good, steady show, with actors who barely do any movies or TV-series nowadays, and that's a real shame.

'Allo 'Allo! currently reruns on our Dutch channel RTL7, every weekday from 19:30 till 20:00 hours, right after M*A*S*H. Although this is not the first time the show reruns here, and I've seen it all before, I'm still watching it again. I don't even think it's that good, but it has something unique. I can't really lay my hand on it, but it's very brilliant. The characters are a bit corny, but I think that's the funniest thing about the show: we expect them to be corny, and they are. Herr Flick most be the funniest character in the show, and most people remember him best I guess. And of course the two British airmen, where practically the whole show is about. All foreign movies or TV-series are subtitled in Dutch, with the original language spoken. And that makes it all far more original, including 'Allo 'Allo!
