A tone deaf, morally bankrupt mess. It tries to sell the most unlikable antihero just rolling on John Hamm's charisma. But not even him can pull this off, even if the supporting cast is top notch.
The love triangle is one of the jarring points, for a series that aspires to a cynical post truth narrative. The story takes the characters to several point of no return points, and then tries to casually brush it away with a smirk.
The two last episodes did it for me. No self awareness. Just doubling down on all the tired "this is what happened" line. This wants so bad to be a Breaking Bad for rich people. Empathy for this obnoxious pricks? Nope.
