This was a great show, witty dialogue, funny characters, and a great cast. I really liked seeing Sharon Lawrence in this comedic role. The show was so much better then all the other new NBC shows of the time. I was very upset/surprised when it was canceled.
A classy movie, a little long winded like most 1982 movies, but definitely worth the time. Its a sad yet uplifting story. Katharine Healy did a great job of being a precocious child dealing with her eminent death from lukimia. She encounters an up and coming politician, Dudley Moore, who forms an instant bond, with her and her mother (Mary Tyler Moore). But did i mention he was married and has his own child? He sort of lives a double life with them. Its very frustrating and an awkward arrangement. You can definately feel the conflict. Plus the little girl only has 6 weeks to live. Lots of ballet arrangements, and musical renditions! Bring the tissues!!!!!!!!
Funny, cute, witty, with great sets and costumes! I was skeptical after the awful 1994 version, but found myself very pleased with this version. It has a great cast that are very much like the cartoon characters, even their voices and laugh. The plot is better too, it held both my mother and grandmother's interest as well. It takes place before the cartoon, when and how Fred and Wilma met. Also includes Gazoo (Alan Cumming), the 3rd rock from the sun girl (Kristin Johnson as Wilma), the younger Baldwin, Joan Collins and more. Go see it, it's great for ALL ages, you'll have a gay ole time.
