Except for the Fargo-style comical villain duo, the whole thing is a mess. I honestly can't believe it was written and directed by Ashfaque Nipun. The series brings nothing new to the table. It's the same old story-an honest, struggling protagonist accidentally stumbles upon a pile of money, and then begins a predictable cat-and-mouse chase with some villains. The so-called twists are painfully cliché.

The subplot about the protagonist's family and love life feels completely unnecessary-just filler to stretch out the runtime, without adding anything meaningful to the main plot. Ashfaque Nipun, who's usually known for weaving in political commentary, attempts the same here but fails miserably. If you can't even provide a basic summary of the movement or message, then please don't force political elements just for the sake of seeming deep.

The only two good things about this series are Elita Karim's title track and the comic timing of the goofy villain duo. Everything else is a total disappointment.

**Trapped by Greed, Enslaved by Sin!**

There's a lot that can be said about the reality of our country, yet not everything can always be expressed. In life, money is everything-father, mother, and the ultimate truth. *Jimmi*, directed by Ashfaque Nipun, masterfully captures this very struggle of wealth and greed, painting a gripping narrative.

I've always admired Ashfaque Nipun's work, and when Jaya Ahsan is part of it, it's an absolute treat. As expected, Jaya Ahsan's performance is impeccable. Do I miss her work? Maybe not in a way that lingers forever, but this one will surely stay in my mind for a while. Iresh Zaker also impressed me-while he doesn't fit into every role, he suited this one well. A clueless character, lost in the grand scheme of things, unaware of his own fate.

I binged *Jimmi* in one sitting, and it felt like the kind of series that demands to be watched in a single breath-packed with suspense and mystery. Initially, I assumed the story would revolve around the student movement, but that wasn't the case. Instead, it focused on a mere box-what could have happened versus what actually did. A portrayal of power shifts and the changing colors of human nature.

Jimmi web series made by Ashfaque Nipun and strong acting by evergreen actress Jaya Ahsan in lead role. Thanks to Nipun for his strong messages about recent Bangladesh's Government corruption sectors and their money hungry defense systems. Nipun never feared to brings our culprit Business Group's name to use in his fiction and i absolutely support him for that. All other supporting roles plays their participation in here as well as my expectation.

I can imagined what i saw in real life scenarios in those marked days while i'm watching this series.

I strongly suggest everyone to watch this series in this Eid Vacation because it's Eid Gift from Nipun. Salute Bro. Love.
