Horror of Horrors! I was scared to watch any movie for months

A truly horrible movie with bad picturisation and cinematography. I don't understand how this one even made it to theatres or how it still scores 4.9 on IMDB.

It has been 14 years since I watched this piece of crap but I still can't get it out of my head. Truly the worst movie I have ever seen.
