When Rei has car trouble in the middle of a raging storm, a stranger named Arashi stops to help him out. After their brief meeting Rei continues to think about the kindness of Arashi until they meet once again.
Rei determined made a bet to make Arashi fall in love with him within a month. Having spent so much effort in trying to meet with Arashi and less effort to manage his time on his latest assignment, consequently Rei's grade took a hit.
Arashi wants space away from Rei until Rei can better manage his time and responsibilities. Rei makes positive changes with his studies. After Arashi's race Rei confesses his feelings leading to their relationship advancing romantically.
Kai accidentally uncovers the relationship between Rei and Arashi. Even though Fuma keeps on showing him affection, Kai still can't forget the painful memories of the past.
After Kai collapsed Rei and the team took over the duties at school. Fuma stayed with sick Kai doing things he's never done for anyone else before, these actions don't go unnoticed. Just recovered, Kai comes face to face with his past.
After Kai's run in with his horrible ex, he soon began to avoid Fuma at all costs. Fuma's persistence never waned even after Kai spoke harsh words to him. Fuma and Kai finally say those three words to one another. Rei gets taken.
