Will Larkfield, a neurotic city guy with countless allergies, inherits his late father's rural farmhouse and meets his nightmare neighbor Wanda Bellerose - a volatile honey farmer who starts a beef, simply because she can't stand city folk. Between Wanda's antics, her kleptomaniac daughter, and a corporate conspiracy threatening their community, Will must choose between selling out or learning to fight for the place that's slowly becoming home. A twisted rural comedy about finding your roots and discovering that the person driving you crazy might be exactly what you need to finally grow up.

Will Larkfield, a neurotic marketing executive with severe allergies, reluctantly inherits his late hockey-player father's modernized farmhouse in rural Burns Valley. Locked into life at the farm due to stipulations in the will, Will immediately clashes with his volatile neighbor Wanda Bellerose, a struggling honey farmer who despises city transplants. Wanda begins an escalating campaign of psychological warfare against Will, employing increasingly creative and disruptive tactics designed to make his rural existence as miserable as possible.

Complicating Will's already stressful situation is Wanda's daughter Valerie, a free-spirited kleptomaniac who lives in a truck on the property. While appearing to offer Will companionship, Valerie has her own agenda that becomes increasingly problematic for the already overwhelmed city transplant. As Will's work-from-home situation deteriorates under the constant harassment, he becomes increasingly desperate to find a way out of his rural predicament.

The neighbor war escalates through petty revenge schemes and increasingly manipulative mind games. Both Will and Wanda seem determined to drive the other away, leading to conflicts that threaten not just their peace of mind, but their entire livelihoods. As the situation spirals out of control, Will must confront difficult truths about family legacy, community, and what it really means to belong somewhere.
