It reminds me the story Abu Hassan by Ion Luca Caragiale. A young woman, for impress her job mates, for be interesting for her date, for escape from mediocre condition, for exces of imagination and full adultescence, lies or,more precise, invents a fictional life.
One day, this life has the luck ( and bad luck) to become just reality.
The first part of day is more than happy. But the dramatic contain of lies becomes real in same measure.
A portrait of pathological lier. Fair crafted, nice acted, keeping the influence of fairy tale.
But, more significant, precise image of need to be accepted by others influence of media stories about life of stars, soap opera touch on ordinary boring , gray life and the not so reasonable price of a wish. In short, just useful.
