This movie deeply moved me and filled my heart with joy and gratitude. I personally met several of the service men and chaplains in this documentary (Fr. Tom Hall, my Pastor or Msgr. Broglio), served many officers as a Professor, read the book about the Servant of God Fr. Kapaun. Wow!
Watch it and be open to follow their footsteps. Unity and cohesion among different faiths is already happening in the US forces. Simply Beauty! What a gift this documentary is for everyone. Inspires me to join and become a Military Chaplain.
All is for me when lived with the Friend who calls me to live the purpose of my life I was created for. Spearheading now to add my heart to the hearts of the guys in this movie to become One Heart and One Soul with all.

This film about the military does not focus on a strategy for victory in war. Rather it tells the untold story of those uniformed personnel who literally lay down their lives in service to others. Chaplains do not bear arms; they do not wager combat. Rather, the chaplain bespeaks the unseen presence of a God who faithfully accompanies his people in defeat, in failure, and in death. I cannot imagine a person not loving this film.
This story is not depressing or sad, but rather edifying and glorious. It shows the super powers enjoyed by those who commit themselves to being a servant that than being served.

Beautiful homage to the unsung heroes of the military who selflessly offer their support to their troupes. This film is a great combination of history, faith and commitment of Military Chaplains, a sector of the military often not showcased but deserving of their dedication.
The documentary does a phenomenal job of recognizing the mental health tax Chaplains face in their role supporting the mental readiness of others in combat.
A long overdue recognition of the contributions to the military so many Chaplains have made throughout history.
This movie is a must watch and must share with others!!!

We thank them for their service and attempting to bring good in the midst of battle and the hell of war. But the writer/director/editor make the typical myopic assumption that being in a religion is the "norm" for humankind. When will these cult religions realize that their religious dogma persists only because they continuously indoctrinate (brainwash) children and trick old people and people on hard times, into believing their cult lies of heaven, and a "sugar-daddy in the sky". What could have been a good movie, is unfortunately peppered with religious propaganda. Nuf' said. Now Im just typing to fill in the minimum character requirement for this review...
