This is a gentle and kind-hearted look at love and destiny. The story chronicles how the universe often decides who we bond with, despite the counsel of outsiders ho might have misgivings. The two lead actors were very appealing as they tentatively take a deeper look into whether or not they can make a relationship work. The film throws obstacles in their way, and ultimately, they figure it out and make their totally different places in life work. I enjoyed watching a film made with respect for the characters and the audience.

You can't choose who you fall in love with, however loving someone despite hardship and adversity is a choice. This movie explores the complexities of a relationship and the family dynamics when children are involved. It's a beautiful character study of an abandoned family and how they all learn to heal.
