Three is a crowd - no wait that's not it .. also no pun intended. In case you are similar to me you may not know that this is the third movie in a series ... the first one is 13 cameras ... and then 14 cameras was the second one. Now it is not only the title that is changing (or the amount of cameras) ... although to be fair, the second one felt a bit too close to the first one. Different but same, if that makes sense.
This one has a special twist (to do with the cameras I suppose), but it also tells the story a bit differently ... I would like to state that not everyone would "seize" the opportunity as the main character does here. It will be a bit tough to root for him - for that and many other reasons. The actor tries his best to make him at least a bit likeable ... especially towards the end ... but even having the shadow (and then some) of someone way more evil hanging over his head (behind his back?) ... well it ain't going to cut it ... might be the best of them all ... but still not sure if it is worth it all ... or worth watching all the movies just for a climax ... acting is quite good for the genre.

This is a fun and very flawed movie. Cleverly constructed, with massive plot holes and annoying characters - yet somehow they are all endearing. I don't know why, but I really liked the characters, even the ultra annoying and stupid lead "Cam" ironically named.
This is the third in the camera series 13 and 14. I think this is the best one, using a meta plot around documentary that features the villain of the first two.
Overall, it's a popcorn flick. Don't take it serious, there are massive plot holes and a lot of the dialogue is pointless...but I still enjoyed those meandering scenes. If you want to zone out with a bottle of wine this could be a fun choice 6.2/10.

Moving into a new duplex, a couple living with her friend decide to rent out the lower level to a group of college students to help pay off the investment, but the more they stay there find the influence of the Slumlord previous owner who lived there effecting their lives and try to stop him from following in the footsteps.
This was a decent enough if overall flawed genre effort. Among its likable factors are the intriguing setup that actually tries to do something clever and creative in the series. Using the events of the previous entries as fodder for a true crime retrospective series and offering up the new couple moving into the house is a pretty solid idea to try something new. The revelation that they're in his old house and able to spy on those in the house through the same setup is a fine way to tie everything together as his growing obsession with the same thing he did by torturing those he spent time observing secretly through the cameras. As the tension here comes about through some chilling stalking and brutal encounters that feature some fine deaths in store as well, all make for a fun enough time here. However, there are some big issues here. The main factor against this one is the overall lack of interest in what's going on throughout here. The true crime obsession that she has makes for a genuinely dull time here simply relying on watching the reenactments of everything which isn't that interesting to see play out which is the same as the storyline for the boyfriend. His descent into the same obsessive behavior as him seems way too quickly to be realistic which is so instantaneous after discovering the existence of the setup in the house. Being the one who wasn't interested in the material to begin with, this feels even more troubling as he's thrust into this role so quickly it causes everyone around him to overlook the behavior so it's pretty dull until the finale on top of being stupid.
Rated Unrated/R: Graphic Violence, Graphic Language, and Brief Nudity.

I haven't seen the two movies before this one although I am aware of how they run.
This is a fairly solid piece of work. A house with history, a decent bad guy and a creepy premise. The direction is ok, the acting is good, the script is a little so so, there is plot plenty of tension and general creepiness.
Some of the plot points are a little weird. Such as the reaction when people are found in other people's houses, why does nobody call the police at any time? And the ending is a little strange.
Overall, I guess if you liked the previous two movies then this this will not disappoint at all.

Many writing errors that I don't want to reveal so as not to spoilerThe character of the boy who looks at the cameras secretly and really useless cannot convey anything interesting they could find a better interpreter since he turns almost all around him who looks at the cameras clearly is also written this character because honestly to do what what He did it from the face it seemed that he had found Eldorado, however even the other character are sometimes too contradictory and this also does not help the vision of the film, then always talking about the boy's character and too exaggerated it is very bad, perhaps to make him unpleasant and annoying To the viewer he does some really stupid things that even a 5 -year -old boy would do and then everything is happy !!!! Honestly, it seems only stupid to me as it is written! You can watch but it is certainly not a revisable film.
