Johan kidnaps Ana out of desperation to purchase a heart in the black market for his ailing brother. The kidnapping exposes Ana's stepfather's plan to have Ana killed, so together they fight back to take what is rightfully hers.

Johan is drafted in as a replacement bodyguard for Ana (a bratty heir to a jewelry chain). In reality, he is part of a fake kidnapping plot by Bakar (Ana's stepfather) to seemingly teach Ana a lesson. This is until Johan goes rogue and hijacks the kidnapping for real, demanding a ransom from Bakar. He is in desperate need for money to pay for a heart in the black market for his ailing brother (Jalil) but Bakar refuses to pay a single cent. After failing to secure a ransom from Bakar, Johan apologizes to Ana and releases her. Johan just wants to spend the rest his free days with his dying brother.
