I did not expect a lot, tbh...
I got even less.
How can such a poor story even become a cinema movie?
This movie lacks of everything. The graphic style is approved, but that is it.
You don't get any explanation why humans are dogs and wolves, kids get no explanation why the the moon causes a lack of gravity in one scene and there is such a lotbof baby language like in Teletubbies in this movie, that it is really hard to fillow a certain storyline here.
The background graphics often consist of non motional pictures and the jokes are just not fun at all. After 20 minutes my wife fell asleep and I wanted to go home. My daughter admit this was just a long movie, seemingly never ending

Do I need to explain this? 200% Wolf somehow manages to be even worse than its predecessor, 100% Wolf, which I didn't think was possible. This sequel takes everything that was wrong with the first movie and somehow makes it worse. The humor is even more forced, the characters are still flat and forgettable, and the plot is completely uninspired.
The animation is fine, but it's completely wasted on a script that doesn't know what it wants to be. The jokes are cringe-worthy and fail to land every time, leaving the movie feeling like a tiring, repetitive experience. It's as if the filmmakers didn't even bother trying to improve on the first one.
If 100% Wolf was bad, 200% Wolf is even more frustrating. It's hard to believe a movie like this could have a sequel, let alone one that's somehow worse. Honestly, if you made it through the first movie, consider yourself lucky, because 200% Wolf will test your patience. Don't waste your time with this one.

200% Wolf deserves a 10/10 - but I would award it more if I could! This film was fantastic from start to end. The movie had so much heart, I found myself laughing and crying simultaneously in some parts. A great movie for kids and adults alike.
I loved Moopoo, what a cutie! His character stole the show. The animation was breathtakingly beautiful, especially the moon spirit sequences, and the story was heartfelt and hilarious. Jennifer Saunders' performance as Max was a highlight.
Freddy was awesome as always, and this story is a great continuation from the first film. I can't wait to watch it again and again!

The pink-maned "Freddy" is more akin to a poodle than a wolf, but he is spirited when it comes to helping out his pack of lupine super-heroes who try to help out those in distress! Fed up constantly being put down, he looks skyward and makes a wish. Next thing, there's a moon spirit "Moopoo" before him and he's no longer a wimp. Thing is, though, his new blue friend needs life energy to survive, and so they have to find a way to repatriate him with his own kind on the moon else a catastrophe will befall all of us! There's only one way to do that, and that's to find "Max" - an ostracised wolf who lives deep in the forest and who possesses the magic spell required. Off they go on their search, but will the grudge-bearing "Max" even want to help them or might she have her own cunning plan to avenge herself on those who cast her out? It's quite a fun family adventure this but it does struggle to find it's audience. The very young probably won't appreciate the sense of (tea time) menace, especially towards the end - and those a bit older will probably be put off by the initially rather childish characterisation of "Freddy". It's also probably twenty minutes too long, but as a simple light-hearted drama it does what it says on the tin, touching of the aspirations of all of us when we are young and wanting to fit in, to lead and be valued. Forgettable stuff, but it's decently animated and watchable enough.
Giving this an 7/10 rating
The animation is good and colourful in this very simple enough feature, and since I didn't see the first film, I can say you don't have to see '100% Wolf', but it helps. It is what you expect, there are some good laughs here and there, the story is there, very simple, but not really super high league as 'Inside Out 2'
The cast does work and they doesn't over act,as Jennifer Saunders seems to be having the most fun here, as the rest of the cast run across the country chasing down the trouble making but kindhearted hero of the piece on the road of new discovery. Very heavily influenced by Australian folk lore, the magic elements are fun, nothing scary at all, thanks to neat character and production design animation from Flying Bark Productions, and at 85 minutes, it's quick and easy.
