Each and everyone needs a healthy mind and body, so we will be able to face life's adversities. It affects all of us, rich or poor, young or old etc. But it is how we face our trials and tribulations that is most important. Recognizing, accepting and doing something right. Asking professional help, having good support from family and friends. We cannot just stand alone. Life's problems will always be there and every time we solve one life gets better.
