Saw this movie at the Windsor International Film Festival and was completely taken by surprise. Went in knowing nothing about it, came out voting for it as the best of the festival. It wound up finishing second to "Anora". Pretty solid company.

Incredibly powerful film with real, complex relationships strewn throughout.

What I admired most was how it takes no easy roads out. It is raw and real, people do awful things to each other, relationships end, and some people don't get happy endings.

Ultimately it is about the human condition, and how we all seek connection. What we will do to create that connection, and the lengths we will go to to hold onto it, at whatever the cost.

Very well acted, tight little film.
