A movie about people who are turned on by getting sprayed with water and who face social ostracism for their tastes. The writer/director seems to be trying to say something about the importance of tolerance and the need to accept sexual diversity in all its forms. But this is way too off esoteric a kink to be convincing. Perhaps the problem is that people standing around in their clothes spraying each other with hoses and enjoying it does not seem to be particularly depraved in the scheme of things. I mainly watched it because of Yuri Aragaki, the Audrey Hepburn-like actress who was such a charming and fun presence in the hit Japanese comedy/drama series 'We Got Married for a Job'. But her talents are wasted in this humourless dirge of a movie.
