This is the classic, this is what prank is, and the music is perfect.

This is basically pre-youtube pranks but better and the pranks are harmless and aren't ''dying prank gone wrong'' or something like that. RECOMMENDED!

This prank series is legend. Ignore the trolls who like mean spirited bullying pranks, these are fun and funny for almost everyone.

Clean funny pranks, good for entire family. Can't stop laughing, helps brighten my days.

This show is great fun. The pranks are quite sophisticated and involved. The show is quick paced and I usually hate it when it ends. An added plus is the girl pranksters on the show are very good (and hot!).

This was a fun show to watch back in the day before YouTube. Good show to chill to get a little chuckle. Some mild to sexual pranks. They were all good.

Yeah, YouTubers are just copycats. They force themselves to be funny, but they aren't.

J4LG is the original prank show that everyone copied from. They did it without looking cringy and fake

Is this what passes as entertainment in Canada? Not only is the show 100% fake, you would have to be very lonely and sad to laugh even once at this train wreck. Nobody on the show ever talks, even the supposed "victims" have extremely over animated reactions to everything. No person would have these type of exaggerated, non-verbal reactions to the lame "comedy" this show claims it contains. To top it off, they put a ridiculous laugh track over the sadness. Worst show ever.

I just discovered Just For Laughs Gags and it's such a breath of fresh air. Non-stop hilarity that would make Buster Keaton or the 3 Stooges proud. Highly recommended!

I don't understand how this show has been on for so long. It has never been funny. A lot of corney pranks and awkward moments.

"Just for Laughs Gags" is a comedy reality TV show from Canada that features a group of people playing outrageous and hilarious stunts to unsuspecting people out in the public, in the style similar to that of America's Candid Camera.

It is full of non-stop laughs, from stunts involving: weddings gone wrong; policemen arresting a girl selling lemonade on private property; guys pretending to fall in manholes and elevator shafts; and kids pretending to play with grenades.

It is hilarious to see the everyday people's surprising and startled looks and they fall for the pranks. It's entertaining stuff and surely would bring you side-splitting laughter!

Aside from whoopee cushions, I'm not a fan of pranks. I feel like they have the potential to go too far. The older you become, encountering a person who plays all kinds of jokes on other people is more annoying than funny. When I first saw this show I was expecting to be bored or grossed out, so I was surprised at how much it made me laugh. Inspired by Candid Camera, but way quirkier, with innuendos and no sound, Just for Laughs Gags follows a comedy troupe as they go around Quebec playing tricks on its residents. I did take an issue with the pranks that revolved around making people think animals were harmed, which is why I took off one star. That's really disturbing. Otherwise, I enjoyed the show. It is lame and fake looking (I wonder if the people being pranked are actors/actresses. For example, an older man is sitting in a plant nursery holding a cactus in his lap. He keeps nodding off, making his forehead go closer and closer to the cactus. Instead of shaking him on one of his shoulders to wake him up, every person does nothing but watch with a terrified look on their face. Why just stand there and let his head get stuck by the cactus??? Anything that dumb has to be staged) - but hey, nothing else was on and it wasn't the most terrible thing I've ever seen. Remember not to take it so seriously.

This is such a joke of a show. Terribly annoying music and unfunny pranks.

Although there are occasionally some pranks that are OK and even kind of funny (for which I give this a 3) most of the time it is stupid, unwatchable and completely unfunny. Really bad pranks, really bad performances, really unoriginal and a really, really awful soundtrack. Please stop it Just For Laughs!

The antithesis of humour only made worse by the horrible laugh track and fake outside noises. I'm guessing putting this on for a live audience was such a dud that they had to use fake audio. It's awful and I despise it. I don't write reviews often; that's how much I hate it

Rarely funny and mostly degrading, crude, disrespectful and in poor taste. If this is what the average public likes it does not say much for them and their standards and intelligence. It shows that values have deteriorated!

Yes some of the gags are funny but most of them is just something gross. I've watched way to much just for laughs for it to be funny anymore.

Woke up this morning to this annoying show that's always on and today it made me so sick and angry. Was an older episode with an elephant being dragged into the city and painted pink with polka dots. How humiliating for an animal already living a captive life, who is likely more intelligent than the creators and actors to be used for something so stupid. Normally I find this show just plain irritating but their use of animals is what I really can't stand. I'm aware they take them away and use stuffed animals etc but it's still confusing as hell for the poor animals. If you have no sense of real humour and enjoy watching seniors scared half to death and enjoy animal abuse this is the show for you.

Negs: 1. Recently, at the end of a gag, they (especially the tall guy) started an overly aggressive pointing their arms & fingers at the camera. Uncomfortably a lot like someone pointing an AR-15 at a person.

2. Some of the pranks are based on embarrassing (in a bad way) or mistreating a person. Not funny.

Pos: 1. The music, but would like to have more background on each tune as to its creation.

2. Some creative pranks, e.g. The dog dressed/acting as a person.

They have horrible pranks that have rude jokes and offensive ones; specifically towards overweight people. It's also irritating and uses animals for pranks. They painted an elephant pink for one prank. Whole body.

The show should be taken off the air the pranks are not funny at all and is annoying don't understand how anyone could find this show funny and the people that do the pranks are not funny and you can tell that someone else is doing the pranks I think the show is ridiculous and shouldn't be aired I can't stand the show and they let the person see them doing the pranks and then act like they didn't know they were doing it it's a cheap show and not very well planned out I don't recommend this show to anyone the pranks are rude and annoying and I don't watch it and the pranks are immature just not a good show all the way around.
