The main event was ECW World Heavyweight Champion the Sandman (Jim Fullington), 2 Cold Scorpio (Charles Scaggs) and New Jack (Jerome Young) vs. Mikey Whipwreck and the Public Enemy (Johnny Grunge (Mike Durham) and Flyboy Rocco Rock (Ted Petty) in a cage match, which the Whipwreck/TPE side won. It was supposed to have been Sandman teaming with the Gangstas, but Mustafa Saied (Jamal Mustafa) was in jail at the time, so Scorpio, Sandman's regular tag team partner, took Mustafa's place in the match.
The stipulation for the Raven/Richards-Pit Bulls match was that if the Pit Bulls failed to win the ECW World Tag Team Titles, they would have had to break up as a tag team.
Raven (Scott Levy) using an ether-soaked rag on Pitbull #2 (Anthony Durante) was a rib on James E. Cornette's booking style, which was acknowledged by Joey Styles saying, "Of all the low-down, old-time, take that crap to Smoky Mountain!", and the long feud between Cornette and ECW's Paul Heyman.
Big Dick Dudley (Alex Rizzo) showed up on crutches and with his ankle in a cast. As part of his wrestling monster image, it was explained (Kayfabe) that his ankle had been run over by a truck, and that the truck had been totaled.
