Bright colors, visually pleasing, matching music with a simple storyline that will fill you with laughs.

This movie has a simple way of looking at family problems that are way more complicated, but yes, that is what having a double family can look like and how family relationships can be so hard to mend and keep. This is the story of two brothers that are looking in the wrong direction of what they like and who they want to be, and how much it really takes to accept family and build a relationship.

The light hearted way this touches upon it, makes this movie a nice Sunday film to lay low and enjoy.

The Movie was definitely not a comedy I feel like studios will slap that on any movie these days. The plot was fine it's no mind blowing movie but it's not terrible. But it was definitely NOT funny, although I did loose it at the actor having a back tattoo of bojack horseman idk if that was a joke or if the actor really has that tattoo but that was hilarious. I do have to say I like most of the actors they did a good job. But this was definitely a Netflix movie. Its so crazy to how unreliable netflix studios are they have a few really good movies/shows & a lot of stuff the put out is fine not good but not bad; but the majority is terrible this falls in the fine section wasn't good but it wasn't bad.

It is a pretty boring film, the plot is certainly brainless, and it contains the "corridos tumbados" theme and some other folk mexican music, including banda sinaloense. It is a shame that us mexicans cannot produce a good film, I think years have passed since I have seen a decent Mexican film. Americans don't see, or probably they don't know they are consuming one of the many trashy films of the current century in Mexican cinematography; maybe that is the reason why they think this was a good film, or even the other bodrium called "Mexzombies". If you want to fall asleep or have a very poor taste on cinema, watch it. 2 stars because Harold Azuara appears in it LOL.

This is an uplifting movie, those that you see when you want your brain to be refreshed. Its fun, lighthearted, positive and funny. It's a Wes Anderson meets Euphoria but with Mexican colloquialism.

I love how all the characters are not a whitewashed/American version but an authentic outlook of how diversity in Mexico looks like. The colors in the movie are so vibrant and it really influences the scenes and the music!!! The music is amazing! Mexican regional music is so rich and you can be surprised with a variety of it.

Now, If you speak spanish try watching it in that language its even funnier.

The movie is colorful and vibrant. It's meant to be kind of ridiculous.

And so.... It was perfect while tripping. So I enjoyed it. I appreciated the humor and acting. How funny is it sober? Idk.

It does have a cute plot and the ending was really sweet. It's not one of those movies to be taken too seriously. It's a fun little watch.

The movie is about a man who has two different families: one back at home, and one at his job on a ship. The intro was hilarious while tripping. Then the two sons bond over racing and there's a little Gen z romance going on that's funny. Throw in a cool grandma, great costumes, some music, and woman who listens to relationship problems...and you got a nice watch.

What a great time did I had with this movie!!! Visually is remarkable. You can guess the tone of the movie just by the look.

Everything is exaggerated: The characters, the humor, the photography. Like it took place in a parallel universe with this own rules, but everything make sense if you let your self be absorb by the movie.

The actors put everything to create this exaggerated characters and the plot take the time to develop them, without rushing any interaction. I still couldn't believe they did it so well in a movie so short.

I can't believe the low rating here (6.1 now), I was force to put mine. Maybe it's difficult to diggest the tone of you're not latin, but believe me, it's brillan!

This movie is best enjoyed in its original language Mexican Spanish. You need to understand the street Spanish words, Northern Mexican culture, and Mexican humor. At least having somewhat knowledge of the above will make a big difference in enjoying this film.

I love the cuts that are made to convey humour in various ways and mexican subcultures mentioned are mentioned throughout the movie. You get also a bit of small town people experiences and how knowing everyone in your town can bring back memories. In an exaggerated way but live it because you can most definitely find in every small town these personalities. And no character is perfect and with real life flaws. The movie doesn't go too deep on some issues because it is more focus in the brother's relationship and comedic effect.
