I don't know how this idea came from but this game is just awesome. If you look deeply you will se there is the most creative game. I am playing this game not as the big fan of this game and not as a 15 aged child. This game is really amazing. Amazing sound effects, musics, playability, controls. It has its own style of visuals. Don't look at the players of this game. Just play this game. GTA 5 is also playing by kids. But this is not important who playing the game. GTA 5 is the still biggest game ever after six years later. Minecraft is really amazing immersive game. It is evolving with updates and never gets old.
It is most creative thing everything is square it reminds me the pixels. The people talks about everything is square the game is bad. As I sad this is not a bad thing it is the soul of the game.
Specially thanks to Daniel Rosenfeld for SFX and musics.

Wow, where to begin. Minecraft is possibly one of the best video games I have ever played, it challenges you to build, craft and fight after you become stranded on an almost infinite terrain named by you. Using whatever you can find (trees, stone, dirt) you have to build a shelter to defend yourself against the dangers of the night (like skeletons, zombies, spiders and Creepers). Of course, if you're a first time player, your first house will probably be a little hut made of dirt, for some players, who devote their lives to this game, it will be a massive sprawling mansion with a swimming pool and an en-suite bathroom. Anyone can make that, because when morning arises, you have about 7 minutes(real time) to gather supplies or add to your house. The crafting interface is that of genius, using a 4 by 4 table, you arrange items to craft swords, axes or different blocks. The game is simply amazing, and I would recommend it to anyone who loves sandbox games, be because if you are one of those people, this will be the best video game you ever play. 10/10

Minecraft is the most fun, enjoyable, and nostalgic video game ever. The best thing about it is the objectives are up to you. This game has made several famous gaming YouTubers we know today like Dream, Preston, Jelly, Skeppy, BadBoyHalo, Bionic, Unspeakable, and many more!

This the best open world sandbox game I've ever set a foot on.
The game has modifications and shaders that make it even more enjoyable.

I STILL love to play this game although its been 6 years since I started. This is a game for kids, sure, but adults will love it as well.
You start with nothing, punch a tree to get wood, and climb from there. And make sure you build a shelter before nightfall; all sorts of nasty enemies will want to kill you if you don't.
I prefer this over Minecraft: Story Mode (that pure garbage) any day. It's meant to be a medium for expressing your creativity, NOT to be turned into a Tale tell game. I will say that this game can also teach you the life lesson that you need to be prepared for anything (I know, I dropped several f-bombs whenever a creeper killed me from behind.)
A must play, still holding it's fan-base strong in 2016. Sad to say that Mojang plans to let the Java edition go, though.

Okay, let's get wild. Minecraft is the ultimate brainrot machine. You start off, right? You punch trees like a literal caveman. No worries, you can make a house out of dirt. Then BAM, you're suddenly a god-tier architect building a mansion the size of a small city. Every block is a new dopamine hit, like a pixelated drug. The mobs? They're basically free real estate for your violent inner child. Zombies? Just meatbags for your sword to slice through. Creepers? More like oopsie-daisy, almost got blown up.
And don't even get me started on the Ender Dragon-just an angry space noodle you need to slay because why not? Then you get an achievement and feel like the main character of your own pixelated soap opera. Minecraft is like simulating an existential crisis one block at a time.
It's pure, unfiltered chaos, but you keep playing because your brain gets addicted to stacking blocks, slaying mobs, and chasing that next diamonds-to-dreams moment. 10/10, would brainrot again.

The game is fine, but kind of overrated for what it is. It is nostalgic for many people and does hold me some memories so a solid 7/10 would be fitting.

This was a game that used to be a masterpiece. Despite being one of the most basic games you could think of being made in 2009, it managed to be the most popular games of all time. That's because of the simplicity of it. The game used to make you do everything, there was no tutorial or guide. You just guessed or learn from other people. It truly was a fun and creative game to play. However, unfortunately with more updates comes in more things and more restrictions on creativity.
With It's Memorable Designs, Creativity, & Originality, Minecraft Is One Of AKA The Best Video Game I Have Ever Played. It Does What I Think Games Should Do. Be Fun, Creative, & Original. This Game Is The Perfect Example Of A Great Game & I Can't Wait To See How This Game Does In The Future.

I remember playing this years back, cold, wet and rainy days we'd either go to the Cinema or spend hours mining, creative worlds and exploring the different mods of Minecraft, and as the movie is now out, very decent to alright movie, I thought I'd revisit the best days of gaming. Which, I'm not much of one myself just for discloses, so I wouldn't have the best knowledge for sure, but this game is REALLY good!
I made a TRILOGY of Duck World's, created in 2016,2018 and brought back exactly the year after, the first one was built with my siblings, younger. And they were telling me how creative it is, everything else comes to life. And less about us, the Stadiums built look effectiously grandure and beautifully modulised to look realistic and effectious. It articulates one mind to create such a wonderful and characteristic piece of MODERN materials to inflict on influencing a whole new generation of fans.
The different mods is also of high-quality and praise, using different ones to extend and progress further knowledge is both fitting and immersive. Explore the world of Minecraft, because memories hit, buildings look superb and modified, the good guys and the villains are distilled brilliantly into the game and are well-characterised.
I'd give this game a 10 Out of 10 Because the game has amazing effects, character-costumes, and is very Entertaining to play with some of the best world-building and blew the lens of an uneciated gaming-player, and very clever minds thinking alike. UNREAL.

I like this game, you may build anything you want, explore, and fight against monsters, I love the new update because it added more blocks, but it's a pity that the fireflies got cancelled.

Back in 2012-2013, I always wanna to try Minecraft because it looks so special to me where I can make some ideas from. It's 2019 and I still have Minecraft and I love it to death. I do have issues about changing things that players use to do, like TNT canons and more. I would give it a 9/10, but this is a forgiving game.
I will make my criticism short because the game is very long, I would put spoilers and I do not want to ruin surprises for newbies.
This game, it leaves me speechless, you do not get bored, every time you play it you are amazed. You are alone, you may be scared, but invite a friend and everything is better ...said this, grab your crafting table, and go ahead!
Even if i take a break from playing from time to time I always go back. It's very epic to see what smart people do with the game and what they make. Even people with low IQ people (like me) will enjoy it! 10/10 long live this amazing game!
Minecraft is probably the most fun, yet surprisingly educational, game I have ever played.
The possibilities are infinite - you can build absolutely anything! You can build a mansion, or a city, anything that your imagination can think of! That is the thing I like about this game. It teaches kids and adults alike very important life skills if you are ever alone and lost on a island.
Before I played this game, I knew next to nothing about gold, diamond, etc., nothing about other bricks like obsidian, marble, and also things like brewing, Redstone, the list goes on and on. This game has taught me so many things, while playing and having fun.
Another awesome aspect, multi player. It is so fun playing with other people, helping people build, and working on awesome, big projects.
But yeah, if I will get lost on a island one day, Minecraft taught me how to survive.

With the newest Nether Update, things have gone rather downhill. Graphics are now worse than even the InDev stage, textures feel out of place, the mobs feel like a mod for the game, the Piglins are a disgrace to us players, I mean they belong in a game like Diablo, not Minecraft! And don't get me started on the emotes! If you're going to add emotes keep them simple, like how Call of Duty added emotes and they're limited to stuff like waving at your friend or giving your friend a thumbs up. Minecraft, however, added dance moves like "The Pickaxe" or "The Zombie" no seriously Minecraft has gotten worse with every update, with the Aquatic Update being it's last good update. Now, we got microtransactions! Wow, Microsoft, you really hit a new low! I used to think Halo 5 was the worst you could do but this, oh man is this bad! If you are going to give us a update give us the Cave Update! Or the other biome updates you promised us! I'm sorry, but at least Sony can own a IP without killing it.

Minecraft is a very unique game, to say the least. It is easily one of my favorite games is I just want to hang back, chill, and explore. The ambient environment is beautiful, and I never would have guessed that an 8-bit style game would still look beautiful today. And unlike other open world games, it has no story. In my opinion, it is Minecraft's biggest strength and weakness, and I will explained why in a bit.
Minecraft has come a long way, with how much content is got over the years, and the legacy it left behind. I can remember how awfully addicted I was when I first tried it. And I was skeptical before that, so please give the game a chance if you aren't sure. An endless tub of Lego bricks is exactly what the creative mode is, and many amazing creations were made with enough patience and dedication, myself included.
As for survival, I would say that is the primary reason to play Minecraft. Starting on a random world with nothing but your wits is an exciting beginning, and it only get more exciting knowing that you have the ability to harvest resources to survive, but hostile monsters will hunt you down at night. Knowing how to start is arguably the most challenging part, but once you are settled, it might be a breeze. Since the difficulty can be set from Peaceful to Hard, and other dimensions you can travel to and from have more challenging monsters to fight, the game can as relaxing or challenging as you would like it to be. And you can feel free to engage in PvP battles in either the official Minigames game mode or build your own arenas and invite friends to your world. It's also nice to know the Minecraft comes with split screen, perfect for a party.
Now why is having no story both a strength and weakness? The upside is that you don't have to worry about certain quests or objectives. Sure, it's frustrating when you die and possibly lose your loot, but you don't have objectives to restart. You have control over what you do and you make your own story. But only if you know what you want to do. The biggest problem is that if you don't know what to do, you can feel dreadfully bored of the game, as I am feeling at this moment. While it's likely temporary boredom, the game has a tendency to flucuate between being the most fun game to the most boring one, at least for me.
Minecraft is still, without a doubt, an experience every gamer should try. There is no other game like it, and it likely will keep you hooked for a while. 9/10
