The worst movie I've seen in my life. I rate it with a 1 because it won't allow me to rate it with less but it doesn't even deserves to be considered cinema. Fake dichotomies, absolute lack of motivation for basically anything that happens, forced and uninteresting and treating the viewer like they are teaching an important philosophical lesson we would otherwise miss, so lame it can't even be considered pretentious. I have never felt so angry with a movie. I don't think anyone with a minimum of intelligence, sensibility and proprioception can consider this anything other than pure trash. Avoid this movie at all costs.

Did you understand and (above all!!) *liked* the end of 2001 film?

If you FELT something greater than yourself when reading/watching them, an amusement of standing at the door of other world of a size and complexity you can't imagine, if you can feel the thrill and awe of getting closer to a creature that evolved millions years before you...

...then this film is for you.

And if not, please watch another kind of film, but don't criticize this one. Don't you think we shouldn't criticize what we don't like, or understand? For example, imagine you don't know how to play chess, and besides you don't like it... Would you criticize it?
