The series tells a story of a Special Investigative Agency (SIA) created within Police forces. SIA investigates high-profile and complex crimes. SIA has a cutting-edge technology, best forensic and medicolegal laboratories.

Special Investigative Agency (SIA) tries to find and arrest a serial killer called Organist who kidnaps 10-years old girls and then they're found dead without some organs. The Team finds out that several of the victims played online game where they chatted with a suspicious user. The Team follows the lead.

Tracking down the Organist the SIA finds out that all the victims were injected with poison emitted by African ants Siafu and that there's a sect of followers of Siafu in the city. Taras infiltrates in the sect affecting a wish of being one of them.

The SIA comes out on the finish line in catching the Organist. They find out that a known writer, who lost his daughter, sets out to resurrect her spirit in the body of the last thirteenth victim.

When ambulance arrived on the call a doctor and a nurse were attacked and killed by a junkie. The SIA investigates but the case appears to be not as obvious as it seems.
