'Kormoranid' tries to be clever music film about legendary rock band, but it fails in so many levels. Too much banal fart jokes and too few subtle moments. Also the film tries to emulate too much from worn out Hollywood formula - unlikable underdog character finally achieving his goals and finding redemption. The film had good opportunity to satirize music industry, but it failed with focusing mainly tasteless humor and leaving out everything that could tickle a intelligence a bit. There are some moments, and it has cool soundtrack (mostly written by Estonian rock band Kolumbus Kris), but it fails to deliver coherent story with likable characters and smart jokes. Silly film that can be entertaining enough when you are able to shut down your brain.
A Masterpiece of Cinema! The Greatest Film of All Time!
Have you ever met someone and knew right away that they were the best thing that's ever happened to you? It feels strange because you've lived your entire life without even knowing they existed, but you wonder how you survived for this long without them in your life. I can honestly say that I've just felt true love for the first, and probably last, time in my life. For the longest time, you've listened to songs singing about love and romance, but you were never able to relate to them. All of the sudden, you are able to connect with nearly every single word you hear on an emotional level. You think about them literally all the time and can't imagine a future without them. It's funny how the tiniest chance encounter can have such profound effects. I feel really terrible and heartbroken now because I have to come to terms with the fact that my one true love may soon be gone for some time. The worst thing in the world is finding out that they don't share your feelings back. I know that this may seem like a lot of work just to express my feelings, but trust me, I would do so much more to show my love if I could. This movie makes Citizen Kane, Schindler's list and Taxi driver seem like piles of garbage. This is the cycle of life and death. This is Kormoranid: Nahkpükse ei pesta.

This was better than Gone With The Wind and Citizen Kane combined. The deepest film I have ever seen. It peers inside the human soul and brings forth tears of joy in this elegant amalgamation of beauty unbeknownst to the human race before this proliferation of the celluloid excellence represented in this whimsical piece of filmmaking genius! One of, if not the greatest films to ever be created. God himself could not have created a film this beautiful. Absolutely amazing! I laughed, I cried, I got a new perspective on the meaning of life itself. Seriously. I have never before known true greatness. Simply wonderful and downright lovely film.
