    Cheese and Ham.

Chris Salvatore is a beautiful man, but he talks like an old queen and his tan makes him look jaundice. However he is also the only one with even vaguely any acting talent in this film.

It is all very farcical, cheesey and over the top like the other "Eating Out" films before it. In some ways it gets away with it, because of the many sexy men and nudity, although you never really get to see the ones you want naked. However, I would really like to see the same situation and the same cast trying to play it straight, by which, I mean without hamming it up so much, as the story has potential and I'd like to see what they can do without such terrible direction and production.

    A good one for titillation.

    Best one yet

Zack and Benji open up their relationship while at an open weekend. Naughtiness ensues and Casey arrives to stir things up. I don't know if it's because I'm more invested at this point after 4 other films, but these films really do just get better and better. Sure the acting is still atrocious but the guys are hotter, the movie is funnier, sexier and more engaging. Plus it has the biggest heart of the whole series. If it ends on this chapter it's definitely on a high note.

    Love

Still wishing they would make more even after all these years and hoping they bring back a lot of tue original casts from the previous 5 films. I always loved the humor and jokes in the films I was just sad they stopped making the films after open weekend The were getting so much funnier everytime they made one my only thing I was they could bring back the Marc and Kyle characters but they killed them off after the second one not to mention the sad passing of Leslie Jordan but they could bring back Rebekah, Mink, and Brooke I always thought it was strange that Brooke wasn't in the other films and I still can't understand the recasting of the Marc character then just killing him and Kyle off.

    Hot, romantic and sweet

This film is about several gay guys going to a hotel for a disinhibited weekend.

"Eating Out: The Open Weekend" is not an ordinary gay movie. It has the obvious commercial elements, such as having lot of provocative scenes (well, sex always sells). However, beneath the superficiality, the plot is so romantic and sweet. It tells two ex-boyfriends who have moved on, and yet they still love each other. One thing led to another, they discover what they really want in their lives, culminating in the most romantic ending. It is such a heartwarming love story. Together with the obligatory female best friends, "Eating Out: The Open Weekend" is a very entertaining romantic comedy.

    The best in the series.

So here we are, the final installment in the 'Eating Out' saga (for now, at least). Honestly, this was the best one by far, and a satisfying conclusion to the series.

In 'Eating Out: Drama Camp', a few characters won an all expensive paid holiday. This film continues where 'Drama Camp' left off, with the winners going on the holiday. Zack and Benji are together now, but Casey is there as well. This allows for many hilarious moments, and awkward situations. Penny and Lilly from the previous film are here, as well. It's a pity they left out Jason, whom I really enjoyed in 'Drama Camp', and who was supposed to be along for the ride together with Lilly. Tiffani, again, is only on screen for about 3 minutes or so.

Enter Peter (Michael Vara) - wow, what a hunk. He serves as Casey's new 'boyfriend', although fake. This final film offers lots of intrigue, sex, amazing bodies, and funny moments. Yup, this is the first in the series I actually found funny as opposed to slapstick, stupid or corny (ok, it was still corny...). Once again, at least the forced crude dialogue from the first three films makes way for regular, more natural dialogue and conversation. The acting in general was also better.

From a sound and visual perspective, this is by far the best production yet. I actually enjoyed every moment.

In the opening montage (driving into/through Palm Springs), Casey, portrayed by Daniel Skelton, and Penny, portrayed by Lilach Mendelovich, drive by all of the hotels (and the hotel signs are flashed clearly but briefly on screen) which are given credit for crew accommodations in the end credits, The Hacienda at Warm Sands, INNdulge, Inn Exile, The Triangle Inn, and Warm Sands Villas. The characters ultimately check in to "The Triangle Inn, Palm Springs" whose sign is seen very prominently, and lingered over a bit longer, as they get out of their car. Other signs or advertisements for The Triangle Inn and the other cast/crew accommodating inns/hotels are seen fairly prominently throughout the movie.
