Super Bowl champ Russell Wilson and Grammy-winning singer Ciara are bringing their talents to Amazon Studios.

The husband-and-wife duo has inked a first-look deal with the streamer to develop and produce scripted series and films through their production company, Why Not You Productions. Projects from the deal will premiere exclusively on Amazon Prime Video.

“We’re so excited and honored to work with Amazon Studios,” said the Wilsons. “They’ve quickly become one of the most exciting studios in entertainment and have shown a strong belief in our vision to bring inspiring stories to the world. We can’t wait to begin our work together.”

Ciara got candid about her "painful" third pregnancy.  Speaking in the press room at the American Music Awards, the "Level Up" singer shared that she discovered she was pregnant with her son 4-month-old son Win shortly before she hosted the 2019 AMAs. Ciara and Vanessa Bryant hosted a fun sleepover together, and I, for one, am hoping for an invite to the next one. The "Level Up" singer first shared an Instagram snap from their get-together on Nov. 19, posing alongside Vanessa and two of Vanessa's daughters, Capri and Bianka. "Slumber Party @Vanessabryant #Girls," Ciara captioned the photo. On Nov. 22, she posted another sweet moment, sharing a TikTok of her and Vanessa dancing to "It's Tricky" by Run-dmc. "This or That? Late night shenanigans @vanessabryant," Ciara wrote, also tagging Vanessa's daughter Natalia, who edited the clip.

Their hangout came three months after Ciara penned a heartfelt Instagram tribute to Vanessa, honoring the model's late husband Kobe Bryant and daughter Gianna, who died in a helicopter crash in January. Golden Globe and Emmy-winning actress Sela Ward will be the leader of the free world in Independence Day 2.

Ward – who is best known for her television work in House and CSI: NY - will play Us President Lanford in Roland Emmerich's sci-fi sequel.

Ward will be starring in the sequel with Bill Pullman, who played President Thomas Whitmore in the original 1996 blockbuster.

Independence Day 2's plot has been kept under wraps thus far, with the only confirmed detail being that an alien horde once again tries to invade earth.

Jeff Goldblum and Judd Hirsch are confirmed to be reprising their roles as environmentalist David Levinson and his curmudgeonly father Julius, while Vivica A Fox and Brent Spiner are also back from the first movie.

New additions to the Independence Day franchise will be The Hunger Games star Liam Hemsworth, Level Up's Jessie Usher and César Award winner Charlotte Gainsbourg.

Lifetime is moving fast on its "Flowers in the Attic" telemovie sequel. A May 26th premiere date has been announced for the telemovie "Petals in the Wind" which jumps the story a decade ahead.

Fans of "Beverly Hills, 90210" mourning the loss of SoapNet from their cable systems got a nice consolation prize Monday (Jan. 6): ABC Family has greenlit "Mystery Girls," a comedy series starring "90210" veterans Jennie Garth and Tori Spelling.

The show is one of two ABC Family ordered to series on Monday. The other is "Young & Hungry," which stars Emily Osment ("Hannah Montana") as a food blogger who lands a job as personal chef to a hotshot tech entrepreneur (Jonathan Sadowski). Both are set to begin production in the coming weeks and premiere later in the year.

"Mystery Girls" stars Garth and Spelling as the former stars of a TV detective show. Hero time is most definitely the order of the day this year at San Diego Comic Con. Cartoon Network has just announced that Ben 10: Omniverse will make its national debut at Sdcc.

Yuri Lowenthal (Ben) will be appearing alongside the Omniverse executive producers to discuss the upcoming show and changes to the franchise.

Joining Ben 10 will be Green Lantern: The Animated Series and Young Justice from DC Nation. Following a screening of DC’s top shows, several Warner Bros Animation Executive Producers will be on hand to show off new clips from Beware The Batman and Teen Titans Go!, two new series coming to Cartoon Network.
