Despite the success of the series and the loyal fan base obtained all along its three seasons, in 2013 ABC announced by surprise its cancellation for a season four. Although it was rumored the possibility to move the series to another TV channel like TNT, finally it didn't happen and the series was finally ended. As of 2024, there is still no official explanation about why it was canceled.
