You will be a better person for watching this film. It's not often that people go to all of this trouble for the greater good. In this case, the film has been made for the greater good of animals (including humans) and the planet. It offers a wake up call and an honest and well researched account of the wider impact of that tasty bit of cheese. At the same time, it is entertaining and beautifully narrated. Some of the stuff you can't 'unsee' - but you must see it to fully understand the impact the milk industry has on our health, the environment and cows.
