Midsomer sur Mer

Here is a very good French recipe. Take a highly obnoxious racist aristocrat in his château, add a very dubious Russian oligarch who lives aboard a mega-yacht, and sprinkle in numerous characters who might or might not be film producers, druggies or dealers, gay, or maybe just plain crazy, plus one black man elegantly attired in a Scottish kilt. Blend gently.

Because that is what we got, and just like another reviewer, as things progressed I really did begin to feel it was merely the rigidly formulaic Midsomer relocated to Provence.

Antoine was a bit less of the full-on Fred Thursday than last time, but instead left that sort of silly jokery to his partner.

So "Oi'l give it foive"- 5/10.
