Keramat

This film is terrible. Very hard to follow since the camera is all over the place. The characters are just terrible humans for the most part. The girl in charge of this film within the film they are making is bunt with a capital "C". Hated listening to her screeching the entire film. When they switch dimensions it really gets awful. If you think characters in American horror movies are stupid, you haven't seen anything on the level of this pos. Incoherence abounds in almost all the characters as they navigate that utterly bizarre realm that you would have to be from whatever hole of a country these people are from. Save yourself a headache and skip this gigantic mess of what I guess amounts to a film for this nationality. A perfect example of bloated ratings on this site. 6.8???? What a joke.

Not as impressive as I was expecting. You feel the low budget and I didn't get a single scare. I will give it the benefit of doubt because I was a bit sleepy and tired, but still...

Good atmosphere at times, some interesting suspense, but it doesn't do a lot with that. Just slightly above the regular found footage, but will give it the 3 stars for the local story and folklore.

This has to be one of the few horror flick I watched completely laid back and like a stone.

KERAMAT, to me was a half baked found footage flick with usage of teleportation,realms, cults? & spirits just to push the plot a little bit further and to fuel the conflicts but with not even okayish depth or information & explanations.

There was absolutely no effective jumpscares, tension and anxiety existed, but never felt effective and never got the feel of being pulled into the movie at any point during the runtime.

The only thing that played with my curiosity and brought my attention back to it was the teleportation scene but it lasted for just a few seconds only.

The pocong scene was awkward as I kept on staring at the cam in hope of a face reveal jumpscare Or something but dude just hopped past the cam after being idle in front of it for a good loong time lol.

It's a really good one for timekilling but dont expect anything scary.
