On the basis of Bangladeshi plot, this series is a masterpiece. It has forshadowed some recent real incidents of Bangladesh as well. The story line and suspense was top notch, will keep your attention tight until the last. Music was also fabulous like other recent famous indian or english web serieses. And one thing which should be mentioned separately, the legendary actor of Bangladesh, the one and only Mosharrof Karim just nailed it again like a massterpiece. What a performance he has delivered! Just treat to eyes! This package leads to an examplanary idol towards Bangladeshi web series. Very much eagerly waiting for the next season. You can put it to your must watch list.

I know its only June, but this has to be one of best shows from Bangladesh in 2021. Hats off to the creator Ashfaque Nipun. Top work from the Mosharrof Karim, one of his very best works. This show is a perfect blend of crime, drama, suspense and thriller. Top notch acting from everyone that has to be said, great casting, perfect direction and background score. Initial pace was a bit slow but when it picked the pace then it was simply too good.

Keep up the good work and a very big thumb up for the team!

This is one of the best bangladeshi web series have I watched at recent times. I have enjoyed a lot. Such a profound character development and nice color grading. The vision of the director Ashfaque Nipun is praiseworthy. He is one of the graduates from Chabial and he is doing extremely amazing throughout the journey.

The screenplay was okay and each of the casting and their delivery of dialogue was awesome. Mr. Mosharraf Karim was amazing throughout the series.

This series has opened the door in our OTT arena for the newcomers. Those who are intentionally making third class content just for cheap publicity, please watch this show and create something better than it to move on our OTT in near future.

A welcome entry into the online crime thriller genre for a Bangladeshi webseries, Mahanagar (Season 1) serves fresh breath to Bengali viewers around the globe.

The plot was intriguing and suspenseful. Mosharraf Karim and Mostafizur Noor Imran were superb. Zakia Bari Mamo was overdramatic at times. There were however a few plot holes and technical issues, e.g. The onscreen display of "Smoking kills" against the backdrop of frequent smoking acts was counter-intuitive. Loved the sublime background tune but struggled with the volume control.

Can't wait for Season 2. Until then, you all can enjoy Season 1. I give it a score of 8/10.

I'm a bit puzzled to know that our Bangladeshi Ashfaque Nipun has made it. Just watched it in one sitting. If I'm to evaluate this awesome web series I have to say that firstly it took my full attention all the time. It was full of suspense what I personally like to have. Needless to say that the picture quality, editing, screenplay, and especially the BGM were top notch. All most perfect characters for every role. Last but not the least, the perfect ending of Season-01. It tells me to wait eagerly for the next season.

It is obviously true that "Mohanagar" has revealed things that go on around Dhaka City. You can easily assume what is going on there. But you have to remember two things. One is "the truth can never be suppressed". Number two is "you will face the consequence for what you have done".

Now, I believe that we have some meritorious persons who can change the film industry for the betterment.
