This is a cheap looking DTV Movie, is that redundant? Not always, but here it is nonetheless, and it reeks of bottom barrel badness. Rapper 50 Cent Produced this thing and he manages to mangle the English Language, swallow His words, and mumble for the complete 30 seconds he is on the Screen. Then has the audacity to put His Name on the Box. Ditto pretty much Val Kilmer, and Vinnie Jones although they don't Mumble they just barely show up.
The Colors are washed out and the lighting is awful, the Camera shakes as this announces Action and Excitement. There are many obligatory parades of Babes in varying poses as eye-candy and Gangsta Ho hangers on. The Plot tries to have some Pathos with a Murdered Brother, a White-knight Cop, and a Pregnant Street Gal who must give up "the Life" for her Baby.
Nothing here is worth much and it barely reaches the Competency Level and when it does it drops to below standard quickly. Nothing here worth your time unless you must see every Gang-Related Retread made available for a seemingly insatiable Home Video Market.

This movie was going good, but about hour watching this, I realized there's too much Man-Drama.
This is the story of a cop whose brother was a drug dealer and was killed by his gang when he is trying lo leave his criminal life. After the death of his brother he decides to take justice into his own hands, he leaves the police and he manages to enter the gang that killed his brother. In general, the dialogs are boring and weird, some scenes are very strange indeed, in particular one with sadistic girls and their boss. Worst movie I have ever seen, this director shouldn't be able to work again. Bad story line and even worst direction. A bunch of girls and some crazy camera angles don't do the trick! Learn how to direct properly a movie.
No coherent plot, no fight scenes that are truly worth investing in, some random gladiator-looking underground battle scene, not a single character worth caring about makes this supposed vengeance/thriller movie much worse than the usual. And the usual tropes are already usually super tired to begin with. I'm slowly beginning to associate Luke Goss movies with trash that's not worth watching.
Soundtrack is also trash, and what in the world is a bloated Val Kilmer doing here? Is it to add "star power"? When he barely does anything and is bogged down with terrible dialogue like "All Hail Mars, son of Juno". I have no words. This is terrible. Don't watch and I say that as someone who love B-movie action schlock.

My mum always said if put rubbish in that is what you get out! So we can start with the camera work, think student film and obscure lighting techniques then we move to the 'over-acting' and then the 'under-acting' in some parts.
The Story line, very predictable, false advertising with regards to the single appearance of 50 Cent opposed to 'starring', add to that the improbable events that take place in a police station??? It plods along as expected, relatively good soundtrack, token chicks, gratuitous nakedness and the stilletoed heroine.
But the best of all is the last minute special effects .. I shan't spoil it but if you don't replay it at least 3 times to double check what you just saw I'll be surprised, in fact I'll be flabbergasted, it's incredulous! Ifyou are a teenager, who enjoys action flicks for the sake of action flicks and have no concern for quality, this is your cup of tea!

- PatzerWhen Zed is shooting through the roof with the Desert Eagle 50 caliber at Michael, after every shot the hammer is not cocked, it is a semi automatic pistol which means after each shot the slide recoils and cocks the hammer.
