B. Skow evidently thought he was doing a great job in porn once upon a time, and the folks at the late not so great Vivid Video encouraged him, resulting in crap like this homage to Briana Banks.
Misleading title stems from Skow's hoary questioning of his femme cast in time-honored idiotic BTS fashion, requesting a "most outrageous sex act you've ever done". So he delivers each girl having sex on a crummy set with the hired stud, and palms it off as a "flashback".
Briana is the star so she gets two scenes. That's all she wrote in this 3-hour mess, in which Briana's boobs look (and are poorly photographed by Skow) terrible for once in her career.
