Actually, the beautiful lead actor - Eva M, the very talented director Kim F, and the gorgeous writer Christian K. Got my attention and I knew it was going to be great!!! I was really surprised to see that TP allowed some other very talented people to help with this production. I signed in to rate just because @criticsVoicevideo was way too serious. It is only fiction and exceptional acting. I am very much enjoying what I have seen so far. I will seek counseling after the watching the last episode...lmao! I'm sure you watched it until the end. Great show so far to whomever assisted with getting this production to an audience!

Very comical!! I thought Empire was far fetched, but this show takes the cake. The writing and acting is atrocious!!! The shows main character " Madame" is supposed to be some looney serial killer that is "untouchable"🙄. Supposedly she is like Superman! No one can touch her, not even cartel 🙄. We all know that in REAL life that would NEVER happen! So over this show and it's outlandish story line full of multiple unbelievable murders and BAD acting!

No one is completely untouchable. There is no way in hell this one could have easily taken down all this people with just her two flunkies, a butcher and some remedial pizza face bird brain. Ok bye.

I really tried with this show. The repeating if the same lines over and over, making the characters seem stupid is sooo hard to watch. Unfortunately this is the norm in Tyler Perry movies. Blue's character is not believable at all. The only characters and acting that regularly carry the show are the main dancers and their choreography on stage is good. I can't understand why the writer's of Tyler Perry's shows get the same feedback about the acting, the repeated lines ( like they are unaware of what normal conversations sound like) and bad acting hasn't encouraged them to improve their craft over the years... But all of these shows are the same. I just can't watch without fast forwarding to the dancers... The rest of this show is painful 😖😣

This show had so much potential in its first season. The writing was good the direction was fine but when Tyler perry took over things made a turn for the worse. WRITING HORRIBLE ACTING TERRIBLE. It's sucks because this show can be just as good as "power" or "p-valley" but Tyler perry needs to let other people do the writing and executive produce. The man is extremely talented however if are not allow others the opportunity how far will your brand go. I'm not talking money wise but accolades (Emmy,Oscar). I'm quite sure Mr. Perry wants that he would have to that's what the goal is isn't .The sad part is I actually like Eva Marcel's character she's pretty good but the script makes her character overact in many scenes. Tommy's character I like also I just feel that he needs to be with a better director (no offense but is stripping and thuggin really your lane). I hope someone sees this and let's Mr. Perry know you are a powerful man and you've done some great things but I'm quite sure there's a talented someone within your company just waiting for you to give them a chance.

It was okay. I thought it would be better. Not terrible but bot great. Eva was better than expected but her lines at times are stiff but that's the writing. Says the same lines repeatedly. Guy who plays her nephew is fine as hell but acting can use some flow to it..felt like the same character from Sisters. The dancers were better actors. It just felt stiff. That being said I watched all episodes in one sitting and would tune in to season 2. Guy pleasure type show. The scenery is beautiful, sets amazing, wardrobe flawless, makeup gorgeous!.
