a boy

A boy , with a sick mother, foster by social services to a young couple, then taken and moved to a minors center, few families.

And his connection with the sister of his first adoptive mother.

A testimony and a warning.

One of many french films about social temes , in this case giving the precise image of a weak, sick, dumb , cruel to irrational Social Service , ignoring child interest and preserving a fake perspective about reality.

The great scene - the run on water of teenager and Laura.

In essence, a requisitorium. Useful in profound sense.
