On a big scale made movie.. everything is good especially screenplay , dialogues, all actor's performance is exceptionally well..this marathi movie is shining with Gashmir and Pravin Tarde's dialogue delivery and performance..Upendra limaye's narration is good..All supporting actors have played there part well.. Not to forget music its adding more value to screen play..

We believe in History, But History made by Our king Chatrapati Shivaji Maharaj and Chatrapati Sambhaji Maharaj. Thanks a lot Producer Sandip Mohite Patil,Shekhar Mohite Patil, Dharmendra Bora, and Saujnanya Nikam for this wonderful movie. It was a mesmerising experience watching Sarsenapati Hambirrao.

Should be seen with all family members Its a grand historic cinema A must watch. Make this Marathi movie grand by watching it on multiplex not on pirated one.

This historical movie is a about a life of Hansaji Mohite who was SARSENAPTI AKA commander for Chhartrapati Shivaji Maharaj and Chhatrapati Sambhaji Maharaj.

Movie is primarily on his life after he becomes a commander till his death. His emotions are well portrayed in the film. Action sequences were choreograph well and at locations and are authentic. Background music for other characters like Gashmeer Mahajani who played double role of Chhartrapati Shivaji Maharaj and Chhatrapati Sambhaji Maharaj were good which did not drop flat.

His family and living were shown with beautiful screens over the time. Film does not have many songs. Yes its a well written movie with few good and other average screenplays. The best thing is its dialogues which are so well written while adding few sanskrit phrases to it.

A political angle added to it for a time which may or may not coincide with history but are surely strengthen the hambirarao's character.

The emotions and his oath towards country and his king is so well shown which hit each and every person in theater.

Other characters played by rest of the cast is done well and directed. Yes its Maharashtra's Mahacinema as its a big budget Marathi movie till date.

Every screen and historical time shown is beautiful and seems real. It puts a patriotic spirit to each one watching rather having a emotional end.

Its a must watch for everyone. Reginal cinema here also is growing.

Not only Pravin Tarde but the entire team of sarsenapati hambirrao has done a excellent job. All actors has done wonderful work especially Gashmeer mahajani and Shruti marathe. Gashmeer portraits chhatrapati sambhaji maharaj & i think he justified that role very well. On the other hand Shruti portraits Soyarabai which is by far best female character portrayal hands down. You will get emotional, thrilled, joyed and mesmerized by the acting, direction, cinematography and music of this movie. A true work of art in all sense. I enjoyed it to the core and whoever reading this I hope you will enjoy it as much too. Thank you Pravin Tarde sir for making such beautiful film. Well done & best of luck for the next project. 🤗

Beautiful movie, with all ingredients. I was going to watch top gun maverick, but, my guts told Life in 👑 was different and so so difficult that we need to step up.

Even today traces of subversion are visible in most aspects of our society due to systematic destruction of Indianness ! The sense of pride in who we are serves as a confidence booster for next generations to excel in their lives, but we were robbed of it for 2 centuries! The movie and its dialogues take us back to times where we were proud of who we were! That's the greatest gift that came from this movie! Sahyadri cha kada shwas rokuni khada!...(Sahayadri's Fortress waiting holding its breath) movie is full of such wonderful dialogues that leave your blood boiling as well as eyes wet at same time ....beautifully written songs with absolutely class music and Povadas! The detailing is mind boggling! Brilliant acting by everyone and superb narration by Upendra Limaye.

And yes, the movie did not get under the pressure of portraying grand Shivaji, the name itself carries is much weight that it's east to succumb under pressure. Mr. Tarde has kept its heart in right place without forgetting that the movie must entertain. His face exudes innocence and courage at the same time. He lived the part so well. Can't miss to see the pride in his face when he says "we are Shivaji Raje's people " to Bahadur Khan's family. Hambirrao's daughter Tararani is a revered figure in Kolhapur, pleasantly surprised to see his views resonate so well with modern times. A scene where Gashmeer portrays Sambhaji fighting like an explosive warrior, and Hambirrao looks with pride was the scene were it took me to a different world. Must say that Gashmeer did succeed in playing both characters with finesse...balance and wit of father & sheer firepower of son.

With limited resources what Shivaji Raje did is unbelievable, required a mountain of will power, and that's why India map is still on world map. To such warriors even Bahubali like movies could fall short. I always wondered why can't such greatness be portrayed with cinematic liberty to make it a surreal experience. I must say this movie went emotionally quite close to those days and those great people....must watch movie.... something that does justice to Greatness of Maratha Warriors ... Great gift to us Mr. Pravin Tarde, hats off!

Sarsenapathi Hambirao Mohite well attempted but the history of Maratha was so vast can't be wrap in 158 Minutes as well the story building is weak and casting also is matter of question, Instead of whole story makers should have pick the one or two incidents of Sarsenapathi with breif and clear narration would have great. Even there are many important events have been missed oit from the movie while paying tribute to Sarsenapathi Chatrapathi Sambhaji Maharaj character become weak i felt. Some if the scene gave goosebumps but overall movie became just masala movie, the idea of paying tribute was not justified. Being a marathi we like every marathi movie which based on Chatrapathi Shivaji Maharaj and Sambhaji Maharaj. Pawankhind is great example.

Acting, Direction, Cinematography and music all high class. Marathi film industry seems to be going all classy. Emotional scenes, of Tararani, JaiBhawani Sword, loyalty, Swaraj seems very tangible. Comedy too is worth. Believe me, worth watching.

This is one of the best historical movie you could witness in recent time. Very well directed by Pravin Tarade and great work by Mahesh Limaye. Dialogue and screenplay is usp. Gashmeer seems pretty well in both the roles. It's a treat for viewers.

This movie is a treat to watch👍👍 Accurate Historical details, perfect action sequences which takes you back in time, classic and flawless execution of character by all actors, and a perfect portrayal of dynamic Sarsenapati Hambirrao by Tarde sir is what is we called a Biopic 👌👌Take a Bow Team 🙌
