I rented this movie for 6.99 and I wish I hadn't.

For 2 famous actors I thought it was going to have a great plot when I say great I don't mean stupid I mean more of a thriller less than something that these actors would not be in!! This was just stupid all around!! When I see Mike madsen I think of Goodfellas this is not even a part that I would ever imagine seeing him in. What happened to him.

This was so fake and so stupid I wish I could turn back time and of rented something else.

Strong contender for 'Worst Movie of All Time Ever'.

I'm not going to waste my time going into detail (life is too short) but I recommend you watch something else, anything but this blob of drek.

Your time is valuable, don't waste it on junk reels like "Incarnation".

I don't like to be negative but this was painful to watch. The acting was stiff and the story didn't flow.

I was hoping it would get better or have a twist but I was let down.

Stupid this movie is. I thought Taye Diggs would only be in good movies. Tricked me! My daughter laughed at me for enduring it. I really thought it would change in the middle or something but nooooooo! It got worse and worse. It didn't make sense, the flow of the movie was horrible. It was poorly filmed. I didn't mind it being horribly filmed. I watched so many horror films that are B films but they at least have a good story or plot. As I said, my daughter is never going to let me live this down. She said it looks bad from the cover but I told her Taye Diggs wouldn't do a bad film. Boy was I wrong. Don't waste your life.

Don't waste your time watching this this is an awful movie. If you can call it a movie the acting is just awful. The storyline is weird but not in a good way. Just doesn't make any sense and again the acting is just really bad. Who is writing these shows? They are so bad and made on a quick pace with no imagination or skill.

Does Hollywood even have talent anymore or are they just pushing out trash movies to keep up with contracts? I guess anyone can take a camera and make a so-called movie these days!

BTW no one reacts to real life issues like this movie tried to push off. What a waste of time.

Well, sometimes you just have to stop and take heed of a low IMDb rating when stumbling upon a movie that you are not familiar with. But that is not something I do. Nay, I believe in giving a movie a fair chance and will watch it if I haven't already seen it and have the chance. And thus it was with the 2022 horror movie "Incarnation" from writers Tyler Clair Smith and Isaac Walsh.

I didn't know what I was in for here, as I hadn't heard about the movie. But I figured that it probably wasn't a whole lot given the low rating. But still, maybe it was a movie that would have some appeal for me. Who is to say that the preference and taste of those before me would match mine?

But as it turned out, then director Isaac Walsh didn't exactly dish out the worlds best horror movie here. Sure, it was watchable to an extend. But don't get your hopes up, because the narrative is slow paced and there isn't really a whole lot of anything exciting going on.

The acting in the movie was adequate, I mean for a movie such as "Incarnation". It is a movie with a small cast ensemble, so they had to perform well to carry the movie. I will say that the acting performances were adequate, and let it be at that.

Visually then "Incarnation" was a snoozefest. There was nothing interesting to see here, nor anything even remotely scary.

This is not a horror movie that I would recommend you rush out to watch. Sit down to watch it, if you have absolutely nothing better on the agenda, and if you are an avid hardcore horror fan. If not, then just skip on it and you will not have missed out on anything.

My rating of "Incarnation" lands on a three out of ten stars.

Couple move into an apparently remote house (although it turns out it's next to a freeway) and find demonic goings on. Not original. The demonic door opening/closing/voices are pathetic. The cinematography is appalling - constant shaky camera and dull lifeless colours. Diggs and Uberuaga are not too bad, but the characters they play are terrible and the whole film feels like it was stitched together from rehearsal takes. For Madsen to still be getting work is remarkable. The plot is half-baked. Why this has so many high ratings is beyond me. It's not the worst film ever made but there's nothing good about it, apart from maybe the house itself, which is interesting.

You can pass this one... I noticed the music from the TV show "Exorcist", and I watched at least 2 more low budget horror movies from the past year using the same music (maybe now they can use it for free?) This is a classic haunted house movie plus a little bit about the occult. I've been too generous giving it 3 stars.

I thought the concept seemed cool from the description, but it was a let down. I've seen worse, but it wasn't good. The pacing was slow, and the acting was so stiff and awkwards.

There was a couple of nice touches here and there, but the film didn't really have the right tension for them to make an impact.

This was a horrendous film. Horrendous. It was shot like a home movie. The lighting was dark most of the time and other times not sharp. The acting, was either over the top or faxed in, they couldn't decide. I truly felt there was no script OR the actors decided they would "wing" it. "I don't read the script, the script reads me!" (Tropic Thunder) It was so disappointing. The energy was so low or uneven, did these actors know they were actually in a film AND the camera was rolling? I think not.

Why is it that we are continually subjected to half-as*ed scripts and films? WE KNOW there is better out there, WAY better. It seems that id there is a "star" in the film, the audience is too forgiving and accepting. Then we lose those hours FOREVER. And we have no one to blame but ourselves for not changing the channel sooner.

This had the possibility to be a decent movie, if they actually finished a script. It starts like an ordinary haunted house movie, but totally forgot the who, why and how of the plot.

Nothing is explained, so why the ending happens is quite vague.

I would have loved this to be some world building, but instead we get a 45 minute middle part of the movie with noises and doors moving.

Something we have seen 100 times already, in better movies and with better effects.

10% not so scary, scary movie. 90% sleeping pill.

All this interracial relations in movies really makes my blood boil .
