If your attempting to show proof or be a legitimate investigative documentary you need new material. The film is a vain attempt and doesn't provide substance to what is already well documented. It's a YouTube attempt at the subject.
Other reviewers have commented on the narrating style of the host which is in a fairly dull monotone. This is true, and it does detract slightly from the content, but the actual tone of her voice has also been poorly adjusted so only the lower frequencies are present making her sound quite muffled.
There is little if any new content here and I find it odd that a lot of developments or claims that have surfaced are not substantiated at all. For example, in the first episode there are some experts interviewed who state that "at one time the government denied the existence of UFO's but now they accept and admit that they exist" (I'm paraphrasing) but really! I've never heard any government admission of this fact and if there is surely should be included in the program since its about UFO's and in particular, peoples attitudes to them in the current era. They mention that president Reagan and then president Clinton referenced them (whilst briefly flashing up two second video clips of them speaking - with no audio) but no quotes, statements or specific references to this claim are included at all!
There were several instances in the episodes I watched where supposed information now 'common knowledge' should be taken for granted, but with no actual detail about this information other than the program's says so. No references as to who, what or how this information is substantiated. This is ridiculous. I have no interest in hearsay, I get enough of that on social media. If your going to make a UFO program and claim the definitive on certain information, please state clearly how, who and why it has come to be known or I will find these claims unacceptable. Needless to say I stopped watching after the third episode.
It's a bit of a shame as I liked the slightly different and refreshingly objective angle this program initially seemed to be taking, but ultimately it's simply more of the same.
Based on what it actually offers, and the few but significant shortcomings, I can't recommend this program and as such give it 3 stars.

If you're here in 2020 watching this and hoping to see new video, stories, photos... you're out of luck. It's just the same ol repeated info you've already seen and heard 10 times now if you watch any UFO documentary.
It's well done, just nothing new... I couldn't finish the season.

Nowadays, good quality camera gear is so inexpensive that any tattooed hipster with a goatee can make his own show about UFO's, Sasquatches or the paranormal, but the problem is, it's all been done before, and actually done much better, and that was even way back in the 1970's. This show is pretty boring and about 90% filler. ALL the stories have been told, we ALL know about the stories these guys are rehashing. There is no need for anyone to EVER mention Roswell or Area 51 EVER again in a documentary. If a hipster dude really wants to hit the big time, then they're going to have to learn patience, which I doubt any of them have, and actually go out into the forests or deserts or wherever, with all their fancy camera gear and then hunker down for a year, DAY & NIGHT, and actually WAIT to record footage of ACTUAL ufo's, because THAT is what EVERYONE is expecting and wanting to see now, and for the first time in history, people can actually get their hands on fantastic cameras and don't have to pay ANYTHING to get film developed and all those massive expenses of yesterday year, so what are they waiting for? If you want to make a blockbuster and open the worlds eyes, then just go out there and do it! But please, no more of these kinds of lame rehashing shows. They've simply been done to death.
What a chore to watch.
Boring narration, tedious interviews, some dire editing and naff compositional ideas (an interviewee is in one 3rd of the screen while the back of the interviewers head is in two 3rds of it! Lol).
Everything is a 're-enactment/ artist rendition... ie fake footage- usually noted as such, but sometimes not, even when it still is a re-enactment.. The film makers have talent, but so much is wasted on 'affected' techniques, which are just fashionable rubbish- ie -deliberate and poor use out of focus... wonky angles, glitchy editing...and the really annoying use of the 'scratchy film, deteriorated vhs plug-in'. Making the whole debacle almost unwatchable in places.
There is nothing but HEARSAY in this , while there IS a lot of genuine, and seemingly genuine footage, actually available none of it seems to have been used here.
What were they thinking when they made this- who did they actually make it for?
This documentary doesn't prove anything, and it may work to actually negate and belittle any genuine encounters. Someone unfamiliar with these events would probably remain even more unconvinced after watching this- was that its real aim?
All the skill in this (the artwork is beautiful and the fx are very good-for what they are) they should have just made a good fictional film incorporating all the most valid and resonant elements of the tales they've been told.
