A Guy is stuck in a relationship limbo. Being broken hearted, he finds himself drunk and cursing at a statue of a Chinese figure. The next morning, he gets rudely awaken by a spiritual intruder.

Ghosting is a recent term coined for those who disappears in relationships out of the blue, But Justice Liu brings light to an even newer modern day relationship phenomena: slow faders. Guy has trouble understanding the term. Enters a swordsman who experienced having a slow fader himself.

The Guy is pretty sure that he is going insane. As Linghu Chong describes the pain of seeing the one he loved distancing herself, turning from a slow fader to a ghost, the Guy struggles to accept that his girlfriend is doing the same. And this calls for another celestial's visit.

A marksman joins the party. Once a broken hearted man himself, he reminds the Guy the joys of his previous lifestyle, the one before he had a girlfriend. The gang imparts their philosophy on love and life, and everything starts with the self.

The Guy finds a new perspective and is ready for the tough change. As he braces for a new life, he has final loose ends to tie up and burning questions for the Justice.
