This is the same along the lines of all other shows like this. The narrator is so invested and it's all just hyperbole. What I do think is annoying, is that the same people that have seen the thunderbird, also have seen the UFOs and also have seen the water monster. That's just a crazy coincidence. Don't watch for truth, watch for entertainment.

I rated it 2 just because of the landscapes that are stunning. The premise of investigating sightings of mysterious creatures never found or seen and then trying to hunt them down is basically pathetic. If, instead of wasting time on such nonsense, they endeavored to tell stories of disappearances and unexplained cases that reaaly occurred in Alaska, perhaps the program would become interesting.

If you're a fan of "ghost hunter" shows, replete with high tech looking devices that supposedly reveal the presence of spirits, then you may enjoy this. But speaking as someone who doesn't necessarily disbelieve in other-worldy things, but who is highly skeptical of those who seek fortune/fame by "chasing" them, the only interesting aspect of this show is the historic setup. Once they get out the Star Trek ghost-hunting gizmos all credibility goes out the window.

Skip this one unless you believe you can locate you long-dead aunt using an app on your smart phone. The stories told here deserve a better platform.

Don't understand the bad reviews. there is the odd episode that i don't like (don't need to see another ghost story of a haunted hotel) . but generally really interesting. i've had a lot of supernatural experiences so maybe its easier for me to believe than other people.

2022 - S2/E8 - the picture of the supposed Bigfoot print in the mud was used for BOTH SEPARATE sightings in this episode. And it looks fake because it shows a big indent where the arch would be, like humans. Shame on you for displaying such cheap parlor tricks!!! Pathetic, actually! Quit giving Alaska a bad name!

Was so awesome to finally start watching this, I saw this was advertised for release in the US and was wondering when it would finally get a UK release. Thoroughly enjoyed, I'm a sucker for conspiracies and mysteries, good bit of fun to watch with my mates. The stuff about the Japanese Airlines UFO was fascinating and actually pretty unsettling!

I've watched a couple of episodes featuring interviews with paranormal investigators. They always say what they saw, but never show their camera footage to back up their claims. This is complete junk

I've lived in Alaska damn-near all my life. Never heard of the Alaskan Triangle or any other tall tale. The only things you ever hear a real Alaskan talk about is hunting, fishing hiking etc. Stop buying into this fake "REALITY" felgarcarb!

I'm normally a fan of this type of program. But, this one is just ridiculous. The hour-long program of improbable guesswork is basically 10 minutes of the same guesswork repeated over and over. There's no substance. Nothing to back any of it up. Just guesswork that's really improbable. PS: I've actually worked in Alaska and I've never heard of any 'Alaska Triangle'. I think the whole premise is just science-fiction. Basically, they take things that can happen in the most horrible environment imaginable where you can freeze to death in a matter of hours and your vehicle or plane can become covered with snow by morning and add supernatural/science-fiction tales to it.

This is a great series. I discovered it by accident but watch it whenever I see it on. I can't believe it's only been around since 2020. Although there was a history channel special a while back. I have been studying the Bermuda Triangle for years and have just started to learn about the Alaskan Triangle as well as The Dragon's Triangle (Japan). It has alot of interesting subjects such as hauntings, Aliens, the sinking of The Princess Sophia, strange creatures (remember most of Alaska is still wilderness country). The show hasn't been around that long so there aren't that many episodes, which is probably why some people think they are saying the same stuff, well if you are watching a marathon you are seeing episodes that previously aired so you probably have seen the content in that regard. I hope they put this show on dvd/blu-ray at some point. I really enjoy it, and anyone into The Bermuda Triangle, supernatural, strange phenomenon in general should check it out. It is definitely worth watching. Can't wait for more new episodes.

Alaska is amazing from one end to the other. It's remote and sparsely populated, places like this often have a vibe about them. This show does it's best to cover some fascinating incidents that does make one wonder... I would welcome season 2. There's plenty more mysteries and mysterious happenings going on in that place. Much like the Bermuda Triangle, Alaska has a triangle all of it's own.

Shocking how this program made it on to discovery. It repeats its self over and over every one's acting is so over the top. Missing 411 is so much better.

Biggest load of bunkum that I've seen in a long time.

The first show was sort of interesting! However this has steadily descended to a lot of non sense of ghost stories/sighting, aliens/ET and Big Foot sighting! Why the Travel Channel thinks people really think any of this is interesting it beyond my understanding! It has become a show for adolescent nonsense. Season 2 episode 4 there is a Bozo named Mike looking for ghost on a highway with his spirit box. In case you never heard of this piece of fake equipment. Spirit Box, you present the spirit with a vast selection of radio waves and frequencies in which it may choose to communicate, and then let the fun begin by letting your feeble translating the noise into what ever you want it to be. There once was time a when the Travel Channel showed shows featuring exotic locations or hidden jewels off the beaten path. However now days it shows things like this. Much same ways as the History Channel has switched to this kind of non sense in for much of its programming! You will some of the people in this show as you find on History Channel as presents or so called experts!

Really enjoyed this, covered a lot of interesting stories in a variety of different ways. I'm a particular fan of the Port Chatham Hairyman episode, was so cool to see people out in the field and investigating the abandoned town - eerie and atmospheric stuff and nicely shot. It's safe to say that Alaska has gone up on my list of places I need to visit!

Why do you spin the triangle during the show. That makes it a circle. So it makes you look stupid. Explain yourself to the people watching. So, is it a triangle or a circle?

The premise of the series is that a mysterious force is behind the unexplained disappearances & disasters of persons/aircraft/vessels navigating waters or airspace in an area of Alaska, as in Bermuda Triangle mystique. Sooo, a few episodes allow for a brief parallel but it quickly erodes into a paranormal arena that neither "requires" any particular location nor is the show enhanced by trying to connect geolocation to certain events. The burned cabin was a disturbing episode to say the least, even if it was shown as part of a ghost busters program. A murder victim buried under a house? Haunting aside, where are the authorities on this cold (sorry about the pun) case? Worse and utterly unconscionable, what are they doing attempting to excavate the body of a young woman, a presumed homicide victim, on public television?! What about the family? How does one sit through this without considering the legalities, the ethics, even the morality of such insensitivity to human life and family or friends connected to the victim? There is no place for this on any show. I am appalled. Sensationalism is a cheap way to try to buy an audience but when disregard for human dignity is abandoned for the sake of airtime it should not be overlooked by the audience, or in this case, authorities.

A fascinating and hair-raising documentary series that probes into paranormal and unanswered events. Historical and investigative, "The Alaska Triangle" is filled with compelling interviews, entertaining re-enactments and good old fashioned spooky fun.

Do Not Even Bother! Complete waste of time. The only reason it gets 3 stars is because the scenery is so amazing - except it's not Alaska. There is no "Alaska Triangle" and this series never identifies it - in fact, it changes in every episode, at least the first four. Couldn't make it past the 'Haunted Cabin/ Giants" episode. Yes, there is a Black Pyramid, yes there is Sasquatch/Yeti/Nantiinaq/Hairy Man going back thousands of years. Yes there are secret military bases like Area 51. Yes there are imprints and haunting. Yes there are Lei Lines and Electromagnetic vortex interference. Instead of examining all of that with legitimate history, evidence backed by police reports, physics, missing person family members, and verifiable information this series instead chooses to pretend.

In season 2, episode 7, (about 19:40 minutes from the start), they talk about marks in the snow from a UFO, and they say this 'hunter' found them but there is a paved road right beside the marks, like right up against them, plus a fire hydrant that's only about 2 feet from the marks (both in the upper right hand corner). And in the left corner, the front of someones house and some stairs. Why don't they even just mention the location? Instead it seems they just avoid the obvious. This seems very dubious to me. Also, the story about the killer whale being found inland saying it was brough there by a UFO? I have seen NO mention of this and it sounds cooked up - probably inspired from that silly Star Trek movie where they beamed up a whale into the Enterprise for some ridiculous reason. Anyhow it wold be VERY easy to cook up a show like this to sell to suckers and I don't trust it.
