Urey Jai Bok Pokkhi

An outsider came to the house of a group of musicians in a rural area. The visitor wishes to share some of their experiences with them regarding their music practice and livelihood. The newcomer gets permission from the artists. From the artist's residence, he takes part in their music practice. Then he learns a lot from the daily life of the artists. In the midst of all this, he sees the laughter-jokes, sorrows, deprivations and some festivals of the artist's life.

It is written by Humayun Ahmed, so there is nothing to say about 'Urey Jai Bok Pokkhi'. All his works are a masterpiece in our Bengali literature. Anyone who spends time with family can watch this drama.

Watched this drama when i was kid. loved this drama. specially humayun ahmed. once again he proves that he was great director. unfortunately je is no more. :(

One of the best Bengali classic dramas. The drama was a good metaphor between happiness and sadness. Each actor portrayed their charecter very good ( even the side charecters ) . The whole series is about 8 hours long and I swear user will enjoy every single moment. A must watch for a bengali. Sometimes, it could be predicted what's gonna happen but overall it was a very good drama.
