The show is educational but Tarek by himself is a bit ruff to watch. I don't know if it's the way it's produced but, Tarek is a bit of an a**hole in this show. It's like he got a little too big for his britches. Without Christina to balance him out and bring that comedy, the show is severely lacking.
First and foremost, I like the show because he still at least walks through the flip process
I watch all their post divorce shows for the same reason I watched flip it flop...I like the dump to paradise transformation. However I usually skip 90% of Christina's episodes to the end, because I hate the social media drama. I only came for the flips and their inate host charm. Most if her shoe is now about boogie rich friends who throw her a bone to remodel their house so she has a show
Unfortunately, Tarek also does this social media crap. Just less. Tbh, I can't stand his plasticy nee wife who looks like a lesser carbon copy of his old wife. I only care about the flips
Why does all of hdtv no longer show real builds and tips. It's all garbage now. Every show is unrealistic makeovers that solely feed social media celebrity fetish's and hdtv magazine photo shoots. I'll keep watching if tarek keeps at least where he is at now. I can just fast forward thru all the wife and $6m house struggles.
Ps. Never loved the coverage of his kids. I came here for house stuff. But it's now obnoxious to see these kids in their spoiled flavor. And She very one on screen can't see it and things it's adorable. Not realizing the audience is laughing at them all.

Some of these people seem to use credit cards, most give up their jobs, don't look like they ever saw a flipping show in their life. Have never down physical labor. No matter how underwater they are they all make a profit at the end. I think one show at the end said the house sold then fell through but no update and was considered a success.
Just like flip or flop, you never see flops, has anyone out there tried to hire contracters to do a simple job? For instance I got bids on replacing a 4x6 foot piece of drywall no texture, the contactors wanted $800 one guy after I said your too expensive said $500 I told him to take a walk. I did it for $10. The prices quoted in these shows for work are unrealistic.
10k for a roof how many decades ago does that price sound like. Show us real costs for example for2x4s now adays. Repairing a small roof damage would have cost me at least $1000 not a couple $100

This is Tarek el Moussa and so many people worked so hard to make this show happen! This show went from a dream, to a reality, to a success! I'm so grateful for everyone, including the fans, that made this show happen🙏🙏🙏 I hope you all enjoy the rest of the series!! I promise... You won't be disappointed!
I really enjoy watching Tarek 101. The only thing that I didn't like was too much personal with him and heather. It seems like he is bring her in way too much and it takes away from the show of renovations and working with the flippers.
