A positive portrayal of Indian women. These women are deeply rooted in their culture and heritage. Whilst there are no "stars" in Space MOMs, there are plenty of powerful performances. The cast and crew are Indian and are based in India, with the exception of two cameos - a British TV reporter and an American one - The filmmaker has done her research on the project, and her passion can be seen in the scenes where she portrays the teacher of many young female students. It pulls at your heart strings, as you become emotionally attached and invested in the characters.

To those not familiar with the film, space moms is based on the true story of the women behind India's Mars mission. The movie does a good job of revealing the aspirational nature ISRO (India's Nasa) and their constraints. It provides an fresh and authentic perspective on inclusive nature of ISRO's culture and normal Indian life. The character's are authentic, and real. Wish their was greater opportunity to further develop the characters and the development team dynamic, but it's only 90 mins long.
If your an Indian or have roots from India this is a film you must see. It reflects modern India's aspirations along with it's ancient roots. If your not -- this film provides a fresh and authentic perspective on India. Something that very few films have done.

Thanks to Radha Bharadwaj for bringing us a sincere, authentic story of real individuals, their challenges, accomplishments and successes.
Very powerful and moving, told with total honesty, no artifice or gimmickry. Every character rings true and I found myself rooting for them, sharing their disappointments, frustrations and excitement.
Great must see movie for not only indians, but everyone who celebrates the extraordinary accomplishments of everyday men and women.
A most memorable depiction of individuals coming together to attempt to succeed under difficult circumstances. Their passion is palpable and enlightening to people who dream to succeed. Beautifully written and highlights true life events. Perfectly documented for history!

Its a great movie on minimal budget. Very authentic and presents the true story in an interesting manner devoid of masala. A must watch.

Full marks for trying to show Hindu values in good light. But the movie is painfully amateur, even to a normal viewer who is unfamiliar with the complexity of space missions. It's insulting not only to one's intellect but also to Hindu tradition, space scientists, and India. Dialogue and action were poor. The lead actors (space moms) were the silver lining.

A blatant RIP OFF attempt at garnering some sort off success off the back of the highly successful/acclaimed 2016 American made film of the Black NASA women, 'HIDDEN FIGURES'. There is nothing to be said about this film except that it was ludicrous to finance such a bio-drama that could not succeed; largely due to the grossly inadequate amount of funding (even though Indian film studios/directors are well used to working on a shoestring pittance!). The settings were terrible with the mission headquarters looking like office spaces (what they were most likely in real life) and, far to clinical for a working geek environment with highly empty clean looking spaces at that 🤔!
The camera work was always way to tight (in too close to subjects) and the lighting had 2 settings, ON and OFF😂
There is cheap and then there is very cheap but, this was a whole new level of Cheapskate CHEAP!

My first warning should have been the high IMDb rating with only 88 people voting. That means friends and family of the filmmaker and actors voted. Not the general public.
Secondly is the fact that an excellent movie has already been made about women in the space program. Can you say HIDDEN FIGURES???
My biggest complaint is the acting. Absolutely atrocious! You'd think in a country with over a billion people, you could find a half dozen who can act? Wow. Everyone in the movie is terrible. And I mean everyone.
Then there's the problem of language. Most of the movie is in English. But when they speak Hindi, or whatever language they're speaking, you'd think it would be submitted. But NO! I checked and subtitles were'n even an option.
Then there's the problem of writing. Did a third grader write the script? So amateurish it isn't even funny.
And my last beef is the directing. It's so awkward I felt embarrassed for anyone involved in this project.
Don't waste your time watching this dreadful film. Go take a walk. Read a good book. Listen to some nice music. But don't watch this "film."
